This place had all we needed for our stay for my sons wedding. So many small details that were well thought out. This place is within walking distance to the Plaza and several coffee shops. Hosts were very quick to respond and take care of a small issue we had. Will stay here again when we come back to visit!

We had a fabulous weekend on the plaza! The house is one of those older remodeled homes. So cute! We loved the original wood floors! It was very clean and cozy! The basement was even spotless! The backyard is fenced and has a great seating area. The dog loved it out there too! The neighborhood was nice, safe, and close to the plaza. We walked everywhere. Fritz and Johannah responded quickly to any questions. We had no problems during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Wanted a KC mini vacation (we live about 2.75 hours away). Great proximity to different sights and restaurants. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood. So many people with strollers and dogs walking the neighborhood made our family with toddler and dog in tow, feel at home. You can walk to the plaza for dinner and shopping and a great park was nearby. Property had a stocked kitchen and two nice bedrooms. Liked having streaming options to watch. We spent tons of time in the backyard as a family so the platform deck and lawn chairs was a nice addition. We will plan to be back!

We’ll kept, updated home. Very nice property and neighborhood walking distance from Country Club Plaza. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would choose to stay here in the future. I would suggest refurbishing the BBQ as the grill grates were very rusted rendering it unusable. Thanks for opportunity to stay here.

We came down for a few baseball games at Kauffman and some BBQ. Wonderful little place. Walking distance to the plaza. After we were all BBQ’d out wife and I were even able to sneak out for a bit to Jax, a restaurant right down the street for some awesome seafood. Highly recommend this Vrbo. Thanks again!

Loved the character of the house, the front porch was nice to sit outside and the fenced in back yard was a bonus. The neighborhood was very nice and we loved that it was so convenient to the Plaza. Definitely will be back.

Great house, clean, close to everything, communication was top notch. Shower was wonderfully pressurized, comfy bed, love the cuteness. Floor boards were squeaky but who can help that. Parking lot was great too!

In town for a late Christmas with my kids and wedding dress shopping. Perfect location near the Plaza. Super comfy and had everything we needed. We had our puppy Truman with us and he had a blast in the backyard. Will definitely stay again when we come back to KC.

Wonderful house located within walking distance from the Plaza...but in a quiet neighborhood! Older home with tons of character. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Main room and bedrooms were all comfortable. It was too cold to enjoy the porch or backyard...both looked great! We will stay here again when we visit KC!

This was a getaway trip for us three sibling adult sisters who needed a homey place to enjoy each others company. Staying in a hotel just isn’t the same. We loved the neighborhood and appreciate being part of it for the short while we were there. We will do it again.!

Our 2nd stay, and we'll be back! Spotless with comfy beds, and so much charm. Plenty of dresser and closet space and 3 great TVs. Edison lights on the deck are a nice touch. Can't beat having 3 parking spots and a short walk to the Plaza and West Plaza restaurants. Dog owners - not only is there a nice sized fenced yard, there's also a fenced dog park a couple of blocks east and another park (no fence, but lots of dogs) a few blocks west.
