The beach was amazing with ease to get to it. The condo needs updating and needs to be cleaned better. The water and beach are amazing! Need child lock installed on the door. Sliding glass door was really hard to open so we had to go through the bedroom one every time. The location is good but away from where all the main stuff happens at the other end of Panama City Beach. It was not crowded on the beach which was great for the family. The entire condo complex could use some updates also. The pools and kids water area were great also. Fun week and had a blast on the beach.

We had a fantastic time at this resort and all of the staff there were very nice. The owner of this property was always very responsive to any problems we had. This condo could use a bit of updating but I hear they are working on that this year. We did have to mop the floors because on the first night they were turning our feet black and we had not brought any sand in yet. I am sure they would have sent the cleaners out but we did not say anything to him since there was a mop in the closet. Other than them needing a better cleaning crew we did love our stay.

Easy and just as described

I have used VRBO several times and never had a problem until now and VRBO did not want to anything about it. Very disappointed. I highly doubt I will use Vrbo in the future. The rental was very dirty with dirty sheets and everything. Floor was coming up in the bedroom leading to bathroom. Comforter was ripped.

Needs updating and time for furniture and appliance replacement. Also could use a paint job. Some bathroom mold. Disappointed beach chairs not included. On the other hand it had a great view and conveniently located on second floor when elevator quit working. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 people and all slept comfortably and had plenty of room. The huge balcony was nice and we loved sitting out there at night watching the waves. There is a closet with tons of pool and beach toys to use during your stay and the washer and dryer were nice to have. Everything was clean and organized. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the refrigerator doesn’t dispense water or ice like the listing states, but it wasn’t that big of a deal for us. The room is right in front of the elevator so that was very convenient. Easy access to pools and beaches. The Riptide grill at the pool had excellent food!! We will definitely be back! We had an excellent stay at 206W! Mike was very responsive and helpful to questions I had regarding the property and surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay, the condo itself was very home-like. We enjoyed overlooking the balcony into the beautiful emerald shores of Panama. I recommend this place to anyone with a family looking for a wonderful getaway. The location is very convenient and within distance to different resteaunts and attractions. Also Thomas Donut Shack located right down the road is definitely a MUST!

This place did not disappoint. We booked just a couple of days before our vacation started. The communication with the owner was easy and efficient. When we arrived everything was in place. The furniture could need an update but besides that everything we needed was available, clean and working. The view is spectacular and the WIFI was strong enough even on the balcony overlooking the beach and the ocean. This was a nice surprise since we all had some work to do. We are looking forward to our next beach vacation!

Condo was exactly as stated in description! We enjoyed our visit! Great condo for kids with the splash pad area, lazy river and beach just steps away!!

We had a wonderful stay at Splash W206!! We arrived on Thursday evening after check in hours but had no issues. We checked in first things Friday morning and the fun began! The beach was beautiful. Being on the second floor was awesome. The condo was exactly as listed. There were a couple minor things like the master bath tub and kitchen counter tops not being cleaned/wiped off well but that didn’t stop the fun. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kids have already said they wanted to stay here again! It was a perfect fall break vacation! We will definitely be back!

My family and I came down for our kids fall break. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The king size bed was a little uncomfortable for my liking but the view made up for it! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We had a great time at Splash especially with our 16 month old. Beach was so close by and good drinks at the bar and grill. Definitely would stay again!

Communication with the owner was excellent. The unit was exactly as described and was just perfect. Our king bed in the master was comfortable and spacious. The rooms were larger than I had anticipated, the bathrooms too!! The soaking tub was an extra bonus!!I love that the unit is directly across from the elevator that was super nice! The balcony was much larger than I had thought too. The kitchen had everything we needed. I brought kcups but it had an original coffee maker (which was just fine) next time I’ll know! There was a ton of beach toys and two nice small light weight chairs and umbrellas which was fantastic! The furniture was comfortable and kid friendly (not overpriced crazy expensive don’t sit on me furniture) :) we will go back and enjoy this unit again. My husband was pleased which is near impossible lol! The location is perfect and the pools oh mylanta were they nice and clean!!! The indoor and outdoor shade and sun was just spot on! The walk to the beach was easy peasy from the unit! I can’t say enough good about our trip because it truly was more than we expected for the price. We are very grateful we were able to enjoy this little piece of heaven for our yearly beach stay.

My family and I had a great stay at splash in 206W. The condo was clean and the owner was excellent to work with. Highly recommend! Great view of the gulf and easy access to pools and parking garage. 10/10 will stay again!

My sister and our teenagers spent a wonderful week in PCB. The condo was perfect for us! The ocean view on the balcony was beautiful. Condo was stocked and clean. We had absolutely no issues. We love the resort and cannot wait to go back!
