The townhouse was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own dinners. We were also right by a shuttle stop for easy access to the resort each day.
In addition, one of the people in our group forgot an item at the VRBO. The staff quickly found it and mailed it to us within the week!

Absolutely the BEST condo we’ve rented in Winterpark. We are from Denver and rent often in the area. I love staying in the town of Winterpark vs the base as there is more to do in town. This condo is better than the pictures advertise. So well appointed! The 5 bathrooms was amazing! Rooms big and comfortable. Living room so cozy and even a Christmas tree when we arrived. TWO garages was amazing. Shuttle to WP literally on corner. Great grocery stores, pubs all in walking distances. Never used our cars. Hot tub was amazing!

Wow, we’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO places…this was hands down the best well appointed of all! It included EVERYTHING one would need while there! Extra toilet paper, yes..extra laundry detergent, yes, extra dish soap, yes…extra shampoo, yes.. beds were comfy, tv’s in every bedroom…for any questions, they were only a phone call away, and everyone I talked to so very nice! The hot tub, a bonus! Also towels for the hot tub…no stripping the beds or gathering towels when leaving, just start dishwasher and empty trash..it was all so nice and easy! Would we stay there again…YES!

This is a large, clean, well appointed condo in an amazing location. Two blocks from the heart of downtown Winter Park. Less than 50 yards to the shuttle bus stop for easy access to the ski resort. Private hot tub was amazing. Heated garage parking for two cars. Big screen TV. We loved everything about this condo.

We had a fabulous stay at the condo! The kitchen is stocked really well to enjoy meals in- the table expands to fit 10! Beds are very comfortable for plenty of rest between ski days! Bus picks up very close to condo. We loved it!

Great townhome for our party of nine. Loved having a two car garage and the hot tub was wonderful. Winter Park Lodging was responsive and easy to reach. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestion would be to replace the living room television with a Smart TV. They are very affordable now and most people want to watch something on Amazon or Netflix after a long day of skiing, not just the options provided with basic cable. Fortunately, we brought a Fire Stick with us and it worked well so we were able to watch whatever we wanted. Thanks for having us. We would stay here again.

The property was a great size for our group. Very spacious and includes heated garage spaces for two cars. Located 10 minutes from the Winter Park base, the property is right next to the Lift shuttle service line for easy access to the ski mountain and a short walk to the main street in town.

We met friends for our annual ski vacation and loved the location of this property! It was so close to the park that the kids could walk to the sledding hill, not far from the main strip with restaurants and shopping and we loved hopping on the bus to head to the resort. We also enjoyed getting in the hot tub at the end of each day, what a treat! We had some heating and hot water issues but the management company was quick to get everything fixed. Our crew would definitely come back to this condo!

Excellent experience
From booking to returning back to GA we had an excellent experience. The home was decorated for Christmas and had all the amenities we needed and more. The staff's communication was always prompt and helpful. When we returned home we received a hand written thank you note. I cannot recommend this agency enough. We had a great experience and loved our time in Colorado. We WILL be back.

Enjoyed our visit!
Our family gathered for a family reunion during the Winter Park Blues Festival. The location was a short walk which was super convenient. The townhouse was comfortable with two balconies opposite of each other in the living dining room allowing for breezes. There are 4 full baths and a half bath which was very much appreciated. The bed I slept on was comfy. Since there was a large group, we cooked a lot. The pan situation was not good. We mostly used a big skillet. It had scratched coating and no lid. If I had known, I would have brought a decent pan. Otherwise, it was great and would rent again. Customer service was super.

The Sawmill Station unit is located in a good area with easy access to the amenities in Winter Park. When we arrived at the unit it had damaged to the flooring that needed repair, still pending. We found it was not stocked with new towels or bed linens to accommodate the group and size as advertised. It did not have much in the kitchen, no towels. We finally got part of that the next day. The washer was 1/2 full of water and had laundry from prior guest still in the unit. It would not drain so with limited towels this was an issue. It was later the next day when a repairman arrived and make crude repairs that the owner would want fixed better. Office is nice to work with, unit needs attention and was not a good value for the price due to these items.

We were very happy with Sawmill 220, hope to book it for Jazz Festival 2019! We were very happy with Winter Park Lodging Company! Each staff member I spoke to was very nice, courteous and helpful, fun to talk to. The maintenance staff were also very nice and courteous. I've bragged so much about the property and the management company that friends want to book through them for next year.(-: Thanks for contributing to our wonderful 2018 jazz festival weekend experience!!

Awesome for families!
After a lot of debate over whether to stay on or off mountain, this was the PERFECT location for our family! Walking distance to the main street with lots of great shops and restaurants, shuttle to the mountain - which is a definite on the weekends, close to the mountain when driving, and the layout of the condo was excellent. We would visit WP and stay in Sawmill again in a heartbeat. Best ski vacation ever!

Firefighters Fun
Place was really nice and was able to accommodate 12 firefighters. Even though we didn't stay there much during the day it was perfect for what we needed. The only negative would be the cable. Xfinity went in and out whenever we did watch TV. Same issues I have with Xfinity at home. Other than that the place was clean and neat and perfect for us. Thank you Winter Park Lodging for everything y'all did for us. Very professional and courteous staff members that go above and beyond to make our trip a success.

Sawmill Station 220 was excellent!
Staying in town was no problem as the shuttle bus came right to our street. The kids loved the hot tub, and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Winter Park Lodging Company met all of our needs.

Plenty of room for adults and kids
We enjoyed our stay at Sawmill Station 220. We had 5 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the modern amenities. We appreciated the multiple rooms and bathrooms. The hot tub was very nice. The Hideway Park playground was close by and enjoyed by the kids. Thanks!

The condo was very well outfitted and we all enjoyed the hot tub very much.The people I talked with at Winter Park were always very helpful and polite. The Sawmill shuttle was great but had some trouble finding the city shuttle pick up site at ski area. We didn't always want to wait til 4:00 to return. The red wagons at base area were a big help with carrying all the gear. My only real suggestion is would have been helpful to have had some information in the unit about exactly where to get city shuttle from slopes and other information since we were first timers to Winter Park. Did a lot of walking 1st day finding it.Had some problem the first day with people at base giving wrong directions to where we were to go for the lessons that day. Also would have been a lot easier to have had all the lift tickets loaded for all three days instead of having to add the 2nd two days after the lesson day. Were already paid for and had a problem with person at ticket window finding the information. The location of the condo was very convenient. Also was wonderful to have Grocery Guys do the shopping for us before we arrived. We were fortunate the weather was great with enough snow for all and for these Georgia folks to see a real winter wonderland. The Winter Park office people could not have been better. Many thanks to all of you.

Nice Property
Very well maintained property, walkable distance to restaurants and main street..Bunk bed in the lower level was a big plus for the kids. Only one issue in the house was the thermostat, the house felt hot the entire time we stayed there. Other than that, loved the property, would definitely come back.

A really nice spacious home with plenty of facilities and comforts.
ONly main issue was the lack of ability to set the heating in the master bedroom, which got cold at night, and very short baths so you could not recline in them.
Otherwise a really great place to stay.

I contacted MANY agencies to reserve a large, but last minute, condo in Winter Park for my family. There was absolutely no comparison in service level, price, or patience with our constantly changing requirements.
I already booked a condo at Sawmill for 2016 for the family. Even with a year to plan, we couldn't find anything better or a group of people more helpful than WPLC.
