Elite World Nest Van

Flexibel beim Wunsch, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Freundliches Personal. Moderne Ausstattung

Die erste Nacht in einem Zimmer zum Hinterhof, in das essensgeruch zog.

The staff were very kind and helpful.

The location was very convenient. Rooms was big enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Needed deep cleaning. Mattresses and carpets were a little bit smelly. Over was clean enough.

The staff were lovely.

Our 'trendy' room had no natural light. The 'city view' was a tiny dirty 'light well' full of cigarette butts. Opening the room door, we could smell stale cigarettes. The toilet flush didnt work and we had to get it fixed twice - after that we worked out how to fix it ourselves. The rest of the hotel was lovely, but we had to spe d as little time in our room as possible, it was so depressing. . We booked the hotel mainly because it offerd a laundry service, as we had been travelling, only to be told it didnt. Wi-fi was unreliable, and required the reception staff to access it. A lot of misrepresentation on booking.com.
