Significant lacks and one glaring misrepresentation. One "twin bed" was a mattress on the floor which was hazardous to mobility in the MBR. Light bulbs missing or out. No decent kitchen scissors. Not adequate soap in kitchen and baths. No tea kettle. The toaster needs replacing. Sleeps 8 but not 8 mugs or wine glasses. We won't stay here again.

We stayed at Kerry's place for a sister weekend and it was fabulous. There simply could not be a better location if you want to spend time with family or friends and gaze out at the ocean. The views from the upper deck were amazing. We were able to spend our days prowling around the shops in Rehoboth or Bethany Beach and our evenings with drinks and appetizers on the upper deck. So much fun. The condo itself is not fancy but very comfortable. We all thought that the beds were also very comfortable. We had a wonderful time here and will do it again next year.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo. Proximity to beach and overall location can’t be beat. Spent a lot of time on the upstairs deck enjoying the views. Kerry was easy to communicate with from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

We met up here with family who had other rentals in the area. The location right on the beach was great! The condo was comfortable and easily accommodated 15 people for a potluck gathering one evening. Overall, just a few small changes would make a huge difference. Bedroom and bathroom lighting was very poor, and overall the condo was dark (except in the morning). The carpeting on the stairs was ripped and one of us was cut by a rusty nail sticking out of the stairway wall. One of the deck chairs was broken and the old lockbox was very difficult to use. While the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, you should bring your own knives if you plan to do any cooking prep. As for the largest bedroom, the two “single beds” are actually one single bed and one single mattress on the floor, stored under the bed. Also, we didn’t realize that bringing our own bed linens included bring pillows. Maybe everyone knows that, but it would have been helpful to have that spelled out in the listing. For location, this place cannot be beat! This is a fabulous beach for families and we’ll definitely be back.

This beachfront rental is only a few steps away from the beach. Very close to many restaurants in Dewey. Loved the view of the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!!

This was our second time staying at this property. Location is perfect, easy getting little ones to and from the beach. Kerry couldn't have been more helpful or responsive to questions or issues. Property is a bit dated, but location more than makes up for it.

The location of this rental cannot be beat. However, the VRBO listing and pictures are out of date. We didn’t contact the manager, but could not find the DVD player, and there did not appear to be any satellite or cable box — the televisions did both have ROKU so that helped. There is new deck furniture (w/ “blue” cushions, not the “orange/red” in the photo) and the kitchen had been updated w/ different backsplash tiles and vent hood. Hopefully the sofa and chairs in the living room will be replaced for next season. Normally, we would spend all our time on the beach but there was a big storm just before we arrived and much of the beach had eroded; the closest beach access was closed w/ “caution” tape due to damage from the storm. We found other access open to the beach a few blocks north of the rental.

My family had a great stay at this property. It's right on the beach with incredible views. We stayed there during off season, and it was quiet, peaceful and a joy to see the dogs and people strolling the beach during the day. There was plenty of space for four adults, and it's a great location for walking to nearby restaurants in Dewey and even in Rehoboth for those up for a longer walk. Above all, you can't beat the views!

Kerry is an amazing hostess. Location was superb.

This property is right on the beach, great views, steps to shops and restaurants! We had 33 people in our group in 5 different houses. We were 5 adults in this property. Very comfortable! The property owner was very responsive to our questions. We would book here again!

Everything was great. Communication with the property owner was easy and responses were quick and a few minor issues taken care of quickly. We have contacted the owner and are rebooking for the same time next year.

Amazing location, perfect for a getaway weekend!

Wonderful location. The view and beach access were great. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves. My daughter loved her vacation house. Kerry was very fast to respond to all our messages as well.

The views from the second floor balcony make this property worth it. Communication with Kerry was fantastic, she was helpful and flexible. The place was nice, a bit dated and the door out to the balcony upstairs is hard to open. Overall though, you are steps from the beach with gorgeous views. It is hard to be critical of being able to watch dolphins while you have your morning coffee!

We had never been to Dewey Beach, and planned this trip last minute. We had no idea what to expect....but we fell in love! The location of this house was more than perfect...both to the beach and the very walkable town. The nights on the covered back deck watching the waves are nights we will never forget. The house was what you would expect being so close to the ocean with some wear and tear, but it was clear that the home was well loved and taken care of. It was definitely small, but it fit our family of four (two teenage daughters) just fine. Kerry was very helpful and easy to work with! We hope to come back!

The property manager as well as the cleaners were very respectful and met our every need. Location, location, location was the best. The back and front entrances of the corner condo allowed privacy and easy access to the beach! The views were spectacular. We hope to rent this place again!!!

My family had a wonderful week down in Dewey staying at Kerry's condo. You cannot beat the location, as it was right on the beach (we were able to fall asleep to the sound of the surf), and it is an end unit of the complex. It was also right in the middle of Dewey, and everything was easily walkable within just a few blocks in both directions. Kerry was very responsive via text before and during our stay, as we had to ask some questions and she responded almost instantly each time. Some of the condo's interior could use updates here and there, but it was perfect for what we needed as we spent most of each day at the beach and out to dinners. Would absolutely stay at Kerry's condo again!
