It was a great stay in Vancouver, great location, wonderful condo, and walkable to places you need to go. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very nice and arranged a friend to welcome us at the property, Ms. Li was a terrific “PR” person for the property.

A fabulous four days in beautiful Vancouver made extra special by staying in this amazing apartment. The location was perfect, the view spectacular and Julie was a brilliant host. Thank you for all your help with our vehicle.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The condo unit was absolutely beautiful and so clean. I’m a clean freak and was very pleased to se how this clean this unit is kept.
The only thing we had trouble with, was the location. No fault of the condo owner at all, but the amount craziness around the building itself was a little concerning at times if we left the condo building. Once inside the unit all was normal again.
Communication with the owner was fantastic, she was so prompt with her communication and extremely helpful. She was so quick to address the smoke alarm beeping, she was able come into the unit and change smoke alarm batteries!
All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Julie was wonderful to work with. She responds quickly and shared valuable information. The day we arrived was quite warm and the condo was very warm. The next two days were cooler. The condo is on the small side but well equipped. Very close to the train which was convenient. The only negative is the neighborhood. Vancouver seems to have a large homeless population and this area is on the edge of that section. We did eat at a great Spanish tapas restaurant in the area. You are close to the Olympic Village which had several restaurants.

Our condo was conveniently located across from Via train station, we were able to check in early on our arrival to Vancouver, the balcony had a wonderful view of False Creek Harbour . I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown area

This apartment was so clean and so nice it is a shame it is located in such a bad area. The location is quite a walk from Coal Harbor area. Not much in the area in terms of restaurants or fun shops. The area was full of homeless people. We were amazed at the amount of noise at night. Sirens, music, alarms, trains, street noise, construction all kept us up at night, and without AC you can't close the windows. Second bathroom was not functional due to low water pressure. The place was well stocked and wonderfully comfortable, but a big disappointment for the money.

We loved staying here! When our flights were delayed Julie was super understanding and able to meet our in-laws who would be arriving before us. The location was amazing for us. We would stay here again if in Vancouver.

Beautiful views of the city from the condo’s balcony. Many sites easily accessible with public transport. There is dedicated underground parking spot if you bring a car, a little tricky in and out but definitely doable and condo seemed very secure. Place was spotless, really beautiful condo. Master suite very spacious, 2 other bedrooms with queens but the bedrooms themselves were small. There isn’t AC but there are fans so can warm up toward the end of the day but cools pretty quickly as well. As with any big city, occasional homesless folks on sidewalks outside the building. Owner very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the unit and especially the view! We took our father up to Vancouver and wanted a place we could all stay. There were five of us, so two couples had their own room and dad had his. The unit is well appointed and we spent a good amount of time on the balcony looking at activity on the water. The unit was clean when we arrived and we loved having the ability to do laundry, if needed. There is very close access to the SkyTrain which we utilized a few times - including our trip to the airport headed home. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. The views were beautiful and the patio is a nice addition. The check in process was simple, as was public transportation to the apartment.
Julie is very friendly and efficient. The apartment is situated in a very walkable area.

We had six fabulous days based in Julie’s beautiful condo. The VRBO description and pictures were entirely accurate. Julie met us upon arrival and gave us the ‘lay of the land’. She was most welcoming and made herself available to us should we have needed any assistance.
The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable and very conveniently located. Parking was a big plus!

This property is gorgeous. We traveled to Vancouver ahead of a cruise. We were traveling with our parents and arrived late. Julie met us at 1130p and helped us with all our luggage and to get settled in. She gave us information about getting around and places to eat. I cant say enough about her hospitality. This condo is so nice. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room. It has every amenity you need plus some. The sky train is a 1/2 block from the property and can pretty much get you anywhere.

We had such a lovely time in Vancouver! Julie and her perfect condo were the icing on the cake. Julie was the dreamiest of hosts; she is communicative, flexible, thoughtful, and inviting. Julie’s condo was clean, comfortable, cozy, and spacious! We had everything we needed and more. The secured condo location was central to all of our activities and made exploring the city that much more fun. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

We had such a lovely time at Julie's wonderful VIEW condo in downtown Vancouver! Our kids are 6 and 8, and this beautiful, comfy, homey, and quiet space is about a block and a half from the Science World and an amazing park. There was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were so comfortable, and everything was clean, lovely and easy... including our check in/check out process and all communication with Julie. She was an exceptional host who was always available when we needed anything. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for everything, Julie!

We were looking for the perfect apartment with the best location and this was the one!
We were happy from the first day and we were sad to leave… The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and super clean. The city view is just spectacular!
We appreciated being just few minutes away from the bus, sky train and most attractions.

We were wowed by the view over the water as we walked into the property. The joy in the view never left us, it was stunning. A great place to stay; comfy beds, well equipped, we loved it!

This lovely apartment is perfectly located for every Vancouver area activity, walking distance from Chinatown, Gastown, Olympic Village, a few blocks from a False Creek Ferry Dock and one block from Skytrain. Plus there is a parking space if you want to have a car to travel further, Grouse Mountain, Capilano Sky Bridge, etc. It is across the street from a charming playground and the Science World, and a path along the sea wall for walking, running or taking one of the city’s bike share rides. The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms which accommodated our group of five adults very well. Soft beds, heated toilet seats, a gas fireplace, and long range views from a high floor made it a delight day and night. Lots of amenities to help you feel at home. We cooked a few meals at home and the kitchen could use a few items, but with the great restaurants in town that’s not a real issue. Julie is a wonderful host, thoughtful and generous and well organized. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this location highly.

This super clean, well appointed, large apartment (perfect for our family of four) has a great view of the city. Host/owner Julie was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Location is 3 minute walk to SkyTrain for getting around city (about 10 minute ride to Gastown) and about a 15 minute walk to Chinatown. There are a couple of fantastic restaurants right across the street. Our family really enjoyed staying at this apartment.

What an amazing way to enjoy this beautiful city. The view from this condo is beyond compare and we were treated with the most beautiful sunset on our first night. Julie is a great hostess and met us as we arrived. She was spot on with suggestions and was easy to work with. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

We so enjoyed this beautiful condo in Vancouver. The view was terrific and centrally located to so many of the attractions, either walking or by car. Julie was wonderful to work with and always prompt with her communications. We really enjoyed taking the water taxi to Granville Island. We would highly recommend this condo for its location, cleanliness and overall attention to detail to make you stay super comfortable.
