Willkommen bei Islander 317! Gehen Sie zum Strand, entspannen Sie sich auf dem Balkon und genießen Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge über dem Golf, oder genießen Sie die örtlichen Wasserparks, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Nachtleben!
Wir haben einen privaten Strandzugang, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Islander-Lobby entfernt ist. Ein kostenloser Strandservice mit 2 Stühlen und Sonnenschirm ist von März bis Oktober verfügbar. Sie können auch Paddleboards und Kajaks am Strand mieten.
Unsere Einheit befindet sich im 3. Stock und wurde 2015 komplett renoviert. Es verfügt über kühle, saubere Fliesenböden, Arbeitsplatten und Geräte aus Granit, neue Betten und neue Möbel im Esszimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer. Es ist eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern für 6 Personen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich zu einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa ausklappen. Es gibt 3 Fernseher - einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildschirm (mit Blu-Ray-Player) im Wohnzimmer und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildschirm in jedem Schlafzimmer. Neben der Rezeption in der Lobby befindet sich ein Trainingsraum mit Laufband, Ellipsentrainer und zwei Oberkörper-Widerstandsmaschinen. Wir haben auch zwei Swimmingpools (einer davon ist beheizt), mehrere Außengrills, Shuffleboard, Tennisplätze und ein Basketballplatz.
Unsere Einheit ist Teil des The Islander-Mietprogramms, dh Sie erhalten alle Dienstleistungen des Resorts, einschließlich der 24-Stunden-Rezeption in den Sommermonaten. In der Hochsommersaison werden Aktivitäten für Kinder angeboten, darunter Malen am Strand, exotische Tiershows und vieles mehr!

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing says there is a washer and dryer in the unit. That is not true. They have a laundry service on tuesdays and thursdays. The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. My husband and i hardly slept the whole trip. Other than that, everything worked and the front desk was very accommodating.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean, up to date appliance and decor. We felt at home for the week my family stayed. Short walk to the beach and with the chair and umbrella included it was a plus. Loved that there was two pool options and how close the condo was to attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when in Destin.

No Keurig machine in the room, had to get coffee elsewhere. Loved Capriccios Café down the street. The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The view isn't terrible but would have loved a beach view, its blocked by other buildings. The condo was clean, beds and couch were comfortable for a 5 day stay, parking was good. Location was in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again but request to have a room closer to the elevator.

We have stayed at the Islander 5 times now. We love the condo's and the location. We usually go Mid-May & Mid-October and it's perfect no crowds on the beach or restaurants. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and she has no problems getting on the beach.

Family Vacation
This property was clean and very well stocked. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The pools and the beach are just a short walk from the condo. The beach was pretty crowded and the rental chairs take up most of the beach. Of course that is no fault of the property owner I would just recommend to future renters to go down to the beach extra early to get a good spot during the summer rush. This is a great location for families, they have family friendly activities most nights.

Awesome stay!!
We drove all the from Texas and stayed at the Islander and it was amazing…The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable…the view from the balcony was something out of a magazine…you could see the ocean and boats out from the balcony and could see our kids swimming in the pool!! Perfect location and would definitely stay again!!

Overall good
The check-in process could have been faster. Only having two elevators only sucked when arriving and departing. We took the stairs any other time. The property was also older than we anticipated but it worked out. The furniture was kind of dingy looking so we sat on towels but other than that it was good!

Me and my husband spent a week here with our toddler. The unit was very kid friendly and the smart TVs were nice when we needed a break from the beach. The unit also had the complimentary beach chair service so we always had 2 chairs and an umbrella when we went out to the beach(such a must because Destin sun is so hot!!) We did feel like the king bed was slightly creaky. Other than that everything worked great in the unit and it was just as it was pictured.

My husband and I are both retired and we travel with our best friends of over 30 years. Our annual trip is almost always a week in Florida in early May before the kids are out of school. We stayed at Inlet Reef in 2021 and were planning to stay there. Prices were high. Then we found The Islander!! Our first time be it will not be the last time! We all four loved it! Your employees were the best. From the front desk to the grounds keeper to the guy on the beach. We hoping to be in 517 in 2023. We have already checked it out. Just waiting on the prices! Thank you for a fabulous week!

Nice property. Family feel. Well maintained property. Broken toilet was fixed within minutes. Check in was a bit slow. No one at the front desk when we arrived at check in time. Still ,overall a nice location and beautiful beach!

There is a laundry room onsite, however, but it was a minor inconvenience. Other than that it was a great unit. The property itself is decent, but it rained a lot and the parking lot flooded severely - some cars were partially submerged. But this didn’t negatively affect our unit.
