Exactly like the photos, fantastic facilities, immaculately clean, stunning! Brilliant communication. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as it is not really walkable to anywhere but super quiet and relaxed!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and were even treated to some refreshments by the hosts. The villa is located in a quiet residential area which is perfect for having a relaxing holiday, and yet it is still close enough to the beach, grocery stores, and local restaurants. There is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk away with a direct line to the center of Split. The villa is has absolutely everything anyone could need. We stayed for 10 days, so having a washing machine and ironing facilities was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, including an ice machine and coffee machine. The overall facilities are fantastic, and the villa itself is modern and clean. The pool and outdoor area is large and private, and the view to the ocean is stunning. The hosts were wonderful throughout the whole visit, and they even came to change the bedding and towels half-way through our stay. We cannot thank them enough for their kind hospitality :) I highly recommend this villa to anybody who wants to visit Split while staying in a more peaceful and less touristic area. We cannot wait to visit again!

We had an incredible stay at the villa, located a quick drive from the city centre. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and informative and greeted us upon arrival to show us around and provide some information. This villa itself was extremely well equipped and decorated. Very modern and comfortable. There is also a lovely view from the house overlooking the city and sea which was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the pool and outside area. It was nicely covered, provided privacy from the neighbours and was very spacious. We accidentally left some items behind when leaving and the hosts very kindly informed us and returned our belongings free of charge! Many thanks for that. All of this for a very great price. We would love to stay again.

Our family really enjoyed the stay in the house. The house includes everything you need. The sleeping rooms are comfortable and have air conditioning which is unthinkable in the warm city split. The pool is the highlight of the villa and is really big enough! We liked especially the authentic garden with some fruits and plants, which creates a natural atmosphere. The location is ideal- you are near to the beaches and to the important cities, like Spit, Trogir and Omiš, but nevertheless a calm environment where you can relax. It is a safe place. In addition, the hosts were very friendly and made us a little gesture.

The villa is an amazing vacation spot. The house is equipped with everything a guest may need. This applies to kitchen equipment, garden equipment, toys for children, bicycle equipment and equipment for the rest of the house. The kitchen has a toaster, coffee machine, ice maker, large fridge with a freezer, oven, microwave oven, heating plate, all necessary utensils, washing-up liquid, chemicals, dishcloths and cloths, oil, spices, coffee and tea. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable, air-conditioned. The bathrooms are clean and well-equipped. The house has a large supply of bathroom and pool towels. The pool is beautiful and clean (Every day before 6 am a pool guy comes and quietly checks the filters and cleanliness) The view from the garden on the Adriatic Sea and part of Split is stunning. On the other side of the house there are beautiful mountains. In the garden there is a comfortable fully equipped gas grill, a beautiful table, deckchairs and a playhouse for children. Strawberries, tomatoes, rosemary, laurel trees and fruit trees also grow there. The neighbors are nice and quiet and the villa is very quiet. The hosts are lovely people. They greeted us with snacks and drinks. On the last day, they gave us delicious olive oil as a gift. There are several shops nearby (Ribola, Tommy) and bakeries. The Jadranska magistrala (the main non-highway coast road) is a few minutes by car from the villa. From here, it is easy to get to the center of Split quickly (there are great konobas nearby), beach and to Makarska, Trogir, Bosnia and Herzegovina or Dubrovnik. The Mall of Split and City Center One (big malls) are several minutes by car from the villa. The parking lot is located directly by the villa (camera surveillance). The property is safe and lockable. The area around the villa is mountainous and interesting, with beautiful views.

The villa is modern and extremely clean - every small corner in every room was very clean. The house looks very nice - excactly like on the attached pictures. So there are no bad surprises waiting for you. Also the owners (Rino and Katja) are very nice people and it was a pleasure to meet them. It was totally uncomplicated to get the keys, because Rino and Katja were already waiting at the villa for us to arrive. Cold drinks, a fresh melon and some snacks were also waiting for our arrival. All in all the villa is absolutely recommendable. Enjoy your stay.
