Unbeatable location in Condesa on quiet street. Apartment is cozy, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need. Host is accessible and very helpful with any needs. Her guidebook recommendations are best in class. Would stay here again without any hesitation!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sophia’s apartment. The place was perfect for our family of five. It was spacious, clean, secure, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed. We loved walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the nearby restaurants and parks. Her guide with recommendations was very useful and she also arranged transportation to the pyramids with a trusted driver. Sophia is a wonderful host!

Andrea couldn't have been a better host. She was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations, and was wanting to know what she could do better (not much)! The place was clean, comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers, and in a great location. We will definitely stay again.

We had the most incredible time at Sophia’s home. She is so kind, responsive and helpful. She also helped book a driver Eric who is wonderful as well for a day trip to Tepotzlán. The home is even better in person than the photos. Super clean and very comfortable beds. We loved that the living area was separate from the bedrooms - anyone that stayed up later to hang out wasn’t disrupting anyone’s sleep. We also loved coming back after a day of exploring to hang on the comfy couches and watch a movie before heading out again. The area is very quiet and peaceful yet walking distance to lots of food and bars. Perfect stay! We’ll definitely be back again!

I was a VRBO owner for 11years so I recognized a kindred spirit right away. Sophia was helpful, kind and responsive any time we contacted her. We used her driver to pick us up at the airport the evening we arrived from San Francisco. After that we UBERed everywhere, including back to the airport when we left 8 days later. The booklet she emailed in advance covered just about everything we wanted to know. We needed two bedrooms and two baths; the third bedroom was extra. All three were good sized and nicely furnished, a hard combination to find. The unit is well laid out: the public areas are in the front and the bedrooms are down a long well-lit hall in the back. The kitchen was perfect for our quick meals and light cooking. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to places we wanted to see, like the Palacio National and the Palacio des Belles Artes. The nearby Parque Mexico is a large leafy oasis in the midst of big urban area. All in all, the lovely apartment and Sophia’s gracious assistance were major factors in our very successful trip.

This is a spacious and very quiet apartment. There is zero road noise from the surrounding area, and it is a short safe walk to anything you would want to do in Roma/Condesa. Sophia is also an exceptionally attentive host, who offered many suggestions for restaurants and attractions throughout the city during our stay, all of which were 100% spot-on. We had no issues with the property, but I’m certain she would have responded if we did. I have no hesitation in recommending this place, and I will probably visit it again.

Andrea's property is accurately described and very well located in La Condesa within walking distance to all that one requires. Her library is intelligently stocked with art books and guide books of the city and she can arrange good drivers and guides if needed

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we were able to feel comfortable travelling with our 2 adult sons. The apartment is quiet, but close to the restaurants and parks in the area. Sophia provided us with a lot of useful info as well.

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood: clean, safe and easily accessible to whatever you need. The home was very clean and well-appointed. The beds were super comfortable. Sophia was a great host and went above and beyond to be helpful. The terrace by the front door is really more of an open air entry vs. a seating area, but it was pretty nonetheless. We would recommend this property

I can't say enough good things about Sophia Andrea and her apartment. First of all, Sophia is a standout host - she has a very detailed written guide with apartment information, practical advice about the city, restaurant/activity recommendations, etc. that she sent before we arrived. It was so helpful in terms of our planning and having a better understanding of what to expect in Mexico City. Communications throughout the process, including our arrival went so smoothly. She also stayed in touch during our stay to make sure all was well, offering to help if needed. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location (close to good restaurants, shops, parks, markets, etc.), spacious and comfortable. It had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Andrea’s apartment over Christmas and had the most amazing stay. The apartment has a nice dining/living room area, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, and the bedrooms are nicely situated down a long hallway, so those who wanted to stay up later didn’t disturb those that wanted to go to bed. There were 6 of us, and everyone had plenty of space to a move around. The location of the apartment could not have been better. It is located by great shops, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, delis, etc.... And we felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood both day and night. Lastly, Andrea is one of the most amazing hosts! Her attention to detail — there were fresh flowers on the dining table, as well as a comprehensive guide to the apartment, neighborhood and Mexico City that she sent in advance — were most impressive. Also, anytime I had a question or needed information she responded almost immediately. There was nothing more she could have done to make our stay more fun and relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment!

My family and I (4 adults) rented Andrea's apartment for five nights over our Thanksgiving Holiday. The highlights of this rental (and we use VRBO often) include 1) the great location in the Condesa area of Mexico City - we felt very safe and it provided for easy walking distances to many activities and lots of fantastic restaurants; and 2) the wonderful communication with Andrea, who provided a comprehensive review of the many incredible things to see and do in Mexico City - that was so helpful and appreciated. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and we had plenty of space for our family (and lots of hot water for showers!). I highly recommend this apartment as a good base location for your Mexico City adventures.

Very nice three bed apartment in one of the city's better areas. Good facilities, good space, and the owner is super helpful. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and a couple of convenience stores within a few minutes' walk, with a supermarket a little further away. If you are looking to rely on public transport this may be a bit less well located than you need - although taxis and Ubers are easily found nearby.

We had a wonderful stay in Condesa in July 2019. Sophia was a gracious host, who helped us with everything from transportation to dinner reservations. The apartment was exactly as described- very clean and beautifully decorated. Eric, our driver for the pyramids and airport transportation, was reliable and his rates were very reasonable. Magda, the housekeeper, came in a couple of times during our stay and did a wonderful job tidying up for us. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Sophia's suggestions before and during the trip were incredibly helpful. She sent a packet of information on activities, restaurants, and tips for visiting Mexico City. We'd definitely stay here again. Many thanks for a great trip!

We were a family five. We loved everything about the apartment. It was quiet at night, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a great location for our daily adventures.

What a gem of a place to stay! Our host, Sophia, was readily available for questions before our trip and for the duration of our stay. She provided helpful tips ahead of time for arriving at her place, which alleviated the stress at the airport. Sophia is courteous, helpful and welcomed us with lovely snacks and a few necessities like coffee to get us started! Truly, it felt like a second home. We noticed very quickly that we didn't have to venture far for amazing food and easy access to supermarkets, convenience stores and as a bonus...many of the Condessa attractions were only a short walk away. This home is also very well located for venturing all over CDMX. I should mention my husband and I traveled with our 2 teenage boys and my parents. There was plenty of space and privacy and we were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this cozy home and wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

We are two English guys living in New York and this was our first visit to CDMX. We were a little anxious as well as very curious. The city is truly amazing - a sensory overload - beautiful, gritty, tranquil, frantic, sophisticated and raw. We loved it! However, the experience would not have been the same if we had not stayed in Sophia’s apartment. Situated in the charming neighborhood of Condesa, it was a wonderful to retreat to this home from home. Very comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean, yet a part of real life in a real community. We are grateful to have found it. Sophia is great to deal with - a true professional and responsible host. We came away from the city humbled by our own ignorance but hugely enriched by the experience. Above all we will remember the vibrancy of its wonderful contrasts and the warmth and civility of the people we encountered.

This was a great apartment that was located in an excellent area of La Condesa neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and was clean and felt like a home rather than a rental.The building is on a calm street within walking distance of many good bars, restaurants and parks. The neighborhood felt very safe at all hours. The streets are tree lined and very beautiful.

Ideal location on a quiet street, but right near many restaurants, parks, and tourist attractions. The apartment is spacious and beautiful and comes with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The beds are comfortable and each room has ample storage and hanging space. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed at Sophia's lovely art-filled condo for three weeks in October / November. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a trouble-free stay. We really appreciated Sophia's recommendations about sightseeing in the neighborhood and across Mexico City, as well as restaurants, local markets, and parks nearby. Condesa is a beautiful, fun, safe neighborhood to walk around, with easy Metro connections to the historic core and major sites. We had five people in the condo during the big water cut off for four days, but thanks to Sophia's thorough preparations we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Sophia is a terrific, helpful, knowledgeable host, who was generous with her time and also respectful of her guests' privacy. We loved Sophia's place, Condesa and Mexico City, and hope to return!
