Das Sterling Breeze Condominium bietet einen 2.000 m² großen Pool am Strand (im Winter beheizt), eine Bar und Grill am Strand, eine Feuerstelle, einen Strand- und Sonnenschirm-Service, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter und eine praktische Sky Bridge die private, überdachte Parkgarage. Wir haben sogar zwei gepolsterte Liegen und einen großen Sonnenschirm für Ihr Strandvergnügen in unserer Wohnung reserviert (verfügbar von März bis Oktober - ein Tagespreis von 40 USD). Und aufgrund der Größe unseres Komplexes (146 Einheiten) ist der Strand nicht so voll wie in größeren Eigentumswohnungen mit mehr als 500 Einheiten.
In der 17. Etage bietet der Balkon einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den weißen Sandstrand, den City Pier (längste Mole im Golf von Mexiko) und Sonnenuntergänge am Golf. Es ist auch üblich, Schulen von Dauphin, Stachelrochen oder andere Meeresbewohner vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Meerblick liegen zum Golf und dem eigenen Balkon mit Elektrogrill.
Dieser besondere Grundriss verfügt über zwei Hauptschlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Der Kapitän am Meer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, während der zweite Master ein Queen-Size-Bett hat. Beide verfügen über Kommoden, Schränke und 4-Zoll-HD-Fernseher.
Der private Schlafraum (mit einer Tür) verfügt über eine Kommode, einen 4-Zoll-HD-TV und Zugang zum 3. kompletten Badezimmer über den Flur.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Unterhaltungskonsole enthält einen 4-K-HD-Fernseher mit lokalem Kabelservice, Blu-ray-Player und Stereoanlage.

Was very clean and well stocked. Exactly what it said it would be. Enjoyed every minute of it and would return again to this unit.Owner was a great help to any of my questions. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean when we arrived, my family and I loved it. The owner was nice and communication was good.
Cons - The elevators were not the greatest and the walk way to the beach could have been more user friendly as far as having a ramp section instead of the 2 sets of steps. There were just a few more cons about the building itself but not enough of an inconvenience to mention. Again we absolutely loved the condo and would definitely be open to stay there again in the future.

Property was just as described. Condo had all we needed for the week. There were beach chairs and items to use. Was great view from the balcony and 17th floor, so you had a great veiw. We had issue come up, and was dealt with quickly and resolved, owner really cares about making things right. Location is nice, not to busy, and not far from places you need/want to go to.

The pictures of the condo were spot on and it had plenty of room for four adults and two children. The 17th floor views were so beautiful! The location of the condo was perfect. It was just far enough away from the craziness of the pier park but a quick enough walk for dinner.

The whole experience was amazing. Jennifer was great! Communication was best I have experienced. The condo had amazing views and is in a great location. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our vacation very much. The Owner is easy to work with and very responsive. The Condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent. We have stayed at PCB many times and this one was one of the best.

The only thing we didn’t like is the no beverages at all in pool or hot tub. Had to be 4ft away. When I’m on vacation I like to have a drink. But the property was super nice and the condo was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for our family for our beach vacation. From the beautiful views from the 17th floor patio to the chairs and umbrella on the beach it had something for everyone. We would certainly rent this property again.

Whether your stay is a short weekend of a couple weeks, this condo will have everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels/linens, comfortable beds and everything felt super clean. Loved the decor and patio furniture on the large balcony. Location is perfect for shopping, dining and relaxing on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this condo! The view is perfection-high floor and center! The beach area is clean and the water clear. The kids loved the heated pool and bunk beds. The condo is exactly as described! Everything was clean and their are plenty of seating. Jennifer was super nice, helpful, and responsive. Easy walk to the Pier Park, you can get there in about 15 min.
We flew in and had no issues getting grocery and food deliveries. We loved our time here and you will too!

5 star location and view. Super friendly people at this condo building!!. Super clean, had everything we needed. 17th floor views were amazing and we got to see a family of dolphins from the huge balcony!!!! Excellent communication from the owners. Would highly recommend this place and location. Absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Everything in the condo was as described, very clean and stocked for our initial arrival. Large, wonderful balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and sunsets. We loved the 2 included beach chairs and used them every day. Walking distance to several restaurants and Pier Park, if needed. Would definitely rent this condo again!

We were in town for a family wedding combined with vacation. This condo was awesome! It was clean, comfortable, updated and perfect size for the family. The balcony has a great view and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend this unit.

Spent a week at this condo and everything was great!! Everything was clean, amenities were perfect, staff was friendly. Contact with owner was great. Having the beach right out the back door was AWESOME. Not a far walk at all!!!!

We had an amazing week in 1704. Every little detail was thought of. We had tons of space. Everyone complains about the elevators and that is always a thing, but it wasn’t bad considering how many people were on site. The beach was clean, staff was great. Walked to dinner and shopping, tons of DoorDash options. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo and exactly as listed. Property is older. Gym was closed all week after leak. Pool doesn’t open until around 9:30-10:00

Weather was perfect and the beach and gulf just simply the best anywhere. Jennifer was so nice and helpful to talk with. Rent this one...you can't go wrong.

I read a review about not having non-stick skillets in the unit so I brought my own. The owner made sure there were 2 brand new ones available so I didn't need to use mine. I love that the owner is very attentive and correct whatever issues their guest may have or request(s). The owner also responds very quickly to texts &/or emails. The unit is always clean and well stocked. I will definitely continue choosing this unit when I visit PCB yearly.

I love that the owner is very attentive and correct whatever issues their guest may have or request(s). The owner also responds very quickly to texts &/or emails. The unit is always clean and well stocked. I will definitely continue choosing this unit when I visit PCB yearly.

Our Beach Trip
Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us the beds were comfy the electric grill is a plus the only thing the kitchen needs is a couple of Teflon pans for eggs.

Gave the unit 5 STARS....Unit 1704 was a VERY NICE unit. Comfortable, Clean, updated, decorated appropriately for the location. Plenty of room and loved the balcony furniture, too. Property owner was quick with communications and a pleasure to work with. Two things out of the control of the property owner- one of the two elevators was not working...made for frustrating long wait times and crowded. Also the local onsite staff didn't seem to care about loud music inside the lobby while we waited long lines for the elevator or at poolside from some of the guests. One even got on the elevator with music loud. Also the "no balls, or objects in pool" signs were ignored and not inforced. Footballs and frisbees had to be avoided. Also "no smoking" was not inforced. Couldn't sit on balcony in the mornings because someone in an adjacent unit was smoking and there was smoking around the pool. Beautiful facility, NICE condo, just the local powers that be seemed oblivious to what was going on or didn't care and they WERE present/open during all this. It wasn't "after hours."
