Dieses gut ausgestattete und im Jahr 2014 komplett neu möblierte Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und dem Atlantik entfernt. Lounge am großen sonnigen beheizbaren * privaten Pool oder am Strandpfad befindet sich direkt vor Ihrer Tür! Dieses einstöckige Haus hat keine Treppe. Betreten Sie die vordere Tür und den Wohnbereich mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Poolbereich, die hintere Terrasse und den Grill. Es gibt einen hellen offenen Wohn- / Essbereich und eine komplett renovierte Küche. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit neuen Möbeln und einem 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche und Whirlpool sowie einem eigenen Eingang zum Pool- und Lanai-Bereich ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Schiebetüren zum Pool- / Terrassenbereich. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Das Etagenbett verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten, einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad. Location, Location, Location!!! The close proximity to the beach is great! We love the one level, and the bright open feel of the home. The Heated pool is great! I sure hope the next guest have kids. sadly my grandchildren weren't able to join us this year, so we left several pool toys, and floats. Our vacation didn't turn out as planned, but the house did not disappoint! We really love the updated appliances and the ice maker is a nice extra! On a side note, I feel that the cleaning Co needs to pay closer attention to detail. I noticed cobwebs on lights and pictures, the walls need to be wiped down occasionally too. ***To the Home Owner.... Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We tried our best to respect and treat it as if it were our own home!!!

This home is quant, comfy yet spacious. The area is rather quiet. Love the quick access to the beach. The secluded pool was a great option when not at the beach.
Having a bathroom for each bedroom & multiple doors to the pool area was very nice. The kitchen could be tight at times & could benefit from additional pots/pans. The internet was a bit slow for our children’s elearning.
Would recommend for 1-2 families.

Special thank you to the owner of Ketch 2 for letting us bring our dog to their home! We love that home and would rent it all the time if it was pet friendly. I truly appreciate their kindness with making the exception! Thanks again and we love Hilton Head!!!!

We were a family of 5,2 adults and 3 children and this was our first time in Hilton Head. We typically always go to Siesta Key. We were so pleasantly surprised! We typically do not love the Atlantic Ocean but the beach here was perfect especially with smaller children! This home was in a beautiful family friendly location and was perfect inside. All bedrooms have their own bath access. The house is beautifully decorated. I loved how open it was. The sitting area I originally did not see us using but we used it every day to drink coffee and play scrabble which was provided. The window seat was by far my favorite spot! There is a path to the beach access right by the pool and I honestly had no idea from the description so it was a pleasant surprise. I took maybe 3 min to get to the beach. The pool is huge! There were some older beach chairs left and some beach toys and a raft for the pool plus a very nice large insulated cooler.Everything was so clean as well!The only thing I thought was missing was more games.
