Only negative thing I can say is the bedrooms along the alley are quite noisy. With no air conditioning in the summer you need to leave the windows open for that beautiful cool evening breeze. Restaurants tend to empty their trash and recyclables late at night.

From check in to check out Seven Sisters provided an excellent weekend for my family. We had an issue with the heater not working in our unit and seven sisters immediately switched us to a unit with a working heater, that was equivalent to our original. Problem solved! Location is amazing, steps from the beach and restaurants in Avila! Unit was exactly as described. Highly recommend booking your stay on the central coast with Seven Sisters

My family and I stayed here for a birthday trip over a holiday weekend. The place was very clean, beds and linens super comfy and the location is great! The only minor issues relate to how well the kitchen was stocked- not the best, and our ability to use the local and television stations. Yes we were vacationing and also huge golf fans. Could not watch ANY of a big PGA tournament, even with the help of staff (though they really tried). Neither of these things were huge deals, but they were inconveniences.

Check in was super easy using the Hospitality ap. House is new and clean inside and stocked with all the supplies you need. 2 parking spots in secure garage (but very tight parking). Easy walk to everything and all the tenants where very friendly. Only suggestion is to remove the metal crab in the middle of the courtyard that says “DO NO TOUCH”. It’s on tbe lawn where every kid wants to touch it. And it is sharp! Other than that great property!

Great 1/2 way point for family vacation!
We absolutely loved this condo and it’s location! Our family met here in Avila Beach - some coming from the Bay Area and others from LA. Perfect spot! The condo had everything we needed both in size and amenities. The beach and restaurants a block away! So convenient! You could drive to other places…but why? We’ll definitely stay here again! Comfortable beds and pillows. kitchen had all the itesm needed for our dinner. the only complement was the TV. the remotes are complicated and the sound and tv screen are poor quality. most peoples homes are bettern then this system. whe you are on vacation you want it to better then your own home its a treat to yourself. other than that no complaints.

We love this area and being in the heart of town means we did not have to get in our car. We cooked in the spacious kitchen and did day trips to local towns. We also were able to go on some fun bike rides!
