What an amazing trip! We had a total of 9 in our party, ranging from 12 to 63 years old.Our stay was June 13–20, 2026. There were really no surprises when we arrived. The details were very accurate on the listing. I contacted the Vicki, the property manager to let her know we were close and she answered back immediately to let me know we could check in. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The only issue we had was the grill wouldn’t work. I contacted Vicki and she said she would take care of it. A little later that day a gentleman arrived and tried to fix the grill. He left and returned with a brand new grill. Little details mean a lot to me. They made sure we were taken care of quickly. The day we arrived, we had 2 Manatees greet us at the dock. They came by a few more times during the week. We also saw several dolphins in front of the house also. The outdoor space is huge! The pool and hot tub, along with pool, foosball and the kayaks were all in great condition. This is definitely on our list of rentals we want to return to.

The house had a well-stocked kitchen, and honestly, we could have spent the entire trip just enjoying the property. We fished right from the dock and caught a nurse shark, mangrove snapper, grunts, barracuda, and pinfish. Fresh snapper ended up being dinner almost every night.We made great use of the pool, kayaks, and paddleboard, and for most of the week it felt incredibly private. We rarely saw anyone in the neighboring homes until the last couple of days. We traveled with my parents and our three boys (ages 14, 10, and 9), and it was a perfect setup for all of us.The beds were very comfortable, and we loved all the windows and screen doors. The A/C worked great, which was much appreciated. Mornings on the deck with coffee and sunrises, and evenings enjoying dinner overlooking the ocean, were highlights of the trip.The only thing to note is that access to the home requires climbing a fairly steep set of stairs, so just be aware of that when booking.

Great location with beautiful outdoor space. Well suited for 4 adult couples. Great sunrise and sunsets. Nice view of the bay with occasional dolphin sighting.

This gorgeous home was perfect for our stay. The views are breathtaking. The property is so clean and well maintained which is great for someone like me who tends to fret over the noseeums. I will surely miss my morning coffee views. The tidal pool was amazing - a whole thriving ecosystem. We had almost daily visits by a group of manatees that were truly living their best life. We enjoyed the sea kayaks - the launch made it so easy to use. We also loved the pool and foosball tables outside in the shaded area. The pool temp was perfect and so nice to get a quick cool down. The kitchen was beyond well stocked and a nice surprise: a collection of spices, etc have been left behind from other guests. This house is truly a treasure.
