Die Villa Sanibel ist ein ruhiger, privater Komplex mit 20 Golfplätzen an der West Gulf Drive. Diese malerische Gemeinde bietet einen beheizten Pool, Gasgrills und Tennis, umgeben von üppiger tropischer Landschaft. Einheit 2H ist ein zweiter Stock (Entschuldigung, kein Aufzug) mit gewölbten Decken und Blick auf den Pool von Ihrer privaten, abgeschirmten Veranda. Diese geräumige Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste, darunter ein König im Master, ein Queensize-Bett im Zimmer und ein Loft im 3. Stock mit 2 Einzelbetten mit Trundles für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz für 4 Personen. Der Eigentümer hat die gesamte Einheit hübsch eingerichtet und aktualisiert und mit 4 Flachbildfernsehern, mehreren DVD-Playern, Strandgeräten und sicherem WLAN ausgestattet. Villa Sanibel ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft.

The complex and unit were very nice, we have rented on Sanibel for 15 years and would rent at this complex again. Unit 2H needs one key upgrade, the beds in the loft are not of quality for use, one sleeps on springs and we rented the unit because it slept 4 in the loft. We also arrive on Christmas day, and the lock box code did not work and we did not have an emergency number to call in our paperwork on-hand. After spending a frustrating hour, we tried the code of 0000 on the fly and it worked.

Condo was perfect for our trip to Sanibel. I really like how it was located in the center of the island, between the grocery stores. The beach was right outside the front door. Everything in the unit was great, very clean and homey. Outside closest had plenty of sand toys, and beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler. The pool view was nice, our kids like the pool after the beach so it was nice that we could watch them from our condo. We visited all of the public beaches, Blind Pass (best shelling) and Captiva Beach were our favorites. Dante's Coal Fired Pizza was really good, highly recommend.
We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, this one is definitely one I would return to visit again.
