Has a wonderful view and the area is great. The patio is amazing and Bill is a great host.

William was a great host. To be fair, I will state the positives with the negative. Unit C was built in the 70’s, it is in a great location and has lots of charm potential. Which was over looked by the cleanliness of the place and the lack of upgrades. As we walked in we saw that the rental was dirty and did not pass any of our cleanliness checks. We were charged with a cleaning fee and we were the ones that cleaned the place, just to be tolerable for our five day stay. We wanted to cancel our reservation but as we checked the agreement, the payment was non-refundable. The place was very quiet, peaceful with an outstanding ocean view. The disappointing part of our stay was the bad timing of the construction half a block away. They were building a house and was hammering non stop from 7am-3pm on the weekdays. Something we know the owner had no control of. The place was equipped with lots of appliances and gadgets, that we ended up cleaning our selves. The wifi had very poor connection and the T.V. remote down stairs did not work. The shower had one temperature that was tolerable but on warmer side of the spectrum. We are used to staying at 5 star rentals. This rental was pricey and we expected more from the cleaning crew. The sheets and bedding on the bed was clean and William was great at keeping us in the loop. As always we made the best of the situation we were in and we made it work.

We had a great time! The rental was perfect for kids and our pup. Loved the outdoor area and the neighborhood. Bill was a great host- readily available and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back!

Great location and a good value for the money. Also pet-friendly, not just as a policy, but the space itself. The patio in the back was a great place to hang, out, for all of us, after a full day running around together. Not luxurious by any means, but comfy and quiet and always with a nice breeze. Exactly what we were looking for.

William's property was perfect for my pup and I. Loved waking up to the Oceanview. Great walking trails are close by. Would definitely come back! Fast responses from William too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property location great, cool layout, awesome view of the Pacific. I would definitely stay there again.
