Place was clean and close to the ski gondala. Staff was very friendly as well!

Hot tubs were a good temperature and very clean. Very nice kitchen although we didn't use it much. Good location close to ski area and downtown Steamboat. There are stairs to get to the unit and there are no grab bars in the shower so older people like us need to be careful.

We skied Steamboat Springs in December with our two college-aged boys and had a blast. There is a ski closet, but we recommend you use the rental process at the base of the mountains. Walking was faster for us than waiting for the bus. We skied one night and had to walk back with our skis and boots, and never want to do that again! We missed the last bus.The condo is one-bedroom, but we were happy to find a sleeping mat and plenty of bedding for one of our boys in the main bedroom closet. The other slept on the pull-out and said it was comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room as we watched college football bowl games. It was cozy, but comfortable. We brought a crockpot and frozen meals as we wanted to just relax after a full day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make it the perfect vacation. The washer and dryer were not working for our stay, but we had brought enough clothes, so it wasn't a big deal. The walk to the hot tub was farther than I thought it would be, but there are multiple, so plenty of room for all!Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back!

TV didn't work in bedroom at all. Living room TV would lose the channel in middle of show asking for some code. Lost all kind of channels that wat, with the already limited number of channels their were. Sniw removal could have been better on path from parking lot and on stairs.
