From the moment we booked, Jim and Francesca were incredible hosts. Their communication was prompt, thoughtful, and welcoming, making the entire process seamless from start to finish.The home itself exceeded every expectation. It was absolutely immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need—and then some. You can tell they truly care about making their guests feel comfortable.One of the biggest highlights for our family was the outdoor shower. It was so wonderful that not one of us even used the indoor shower during our stay! After spending the day at the beach, it was the perfect way to rinse off and enjoy the fresh air.Evenings were just as memorable. We spent several nights gathered around the fire pit, listening to the sound of the ocean waves in the background. Jim and Francesca had everything ready for us—kindling, firewood, and a fire starter—so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. It was such a thoughtful touch.The property itself is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. The kids had a blast playing wiffle ball in the yard, and we loved the short walk to the beach whenever we wanted to catch the sun or surf.I was honestly hesitant to write such a glowing review because part of me wants to keep this place our little secret! But after meeting Jim and Francesca, I truly hope they continue renting this amazing home so that other families can enjoy it as much as we did—and selfishly, so we can come back again soon!

Super close to town and all of the places we wanted to go hiking. It’s a very spacious house that the hosts kept very clean. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Amazing hosts and a great property close to the town of Montauk, the famous Ditch Plains beach revered by surfers and anglers, as well as the historic Montauk Point lighthouse at the South-Eastern extreme tip of Long Island dubbed the "Surfcasting Capital of the World". Visitors will enjoy the expansive grounds of the property, with its resident family of deer, and many outdoor amenities including a fire pit, grill and exhilarating shower.

Wonderful - clean, comfortable, roomy - so well appointed - anything you need right on site! Will be back- re ted quite a few places in Montauk - this was my favorite
