Everything was as advertised even including comments of others before us. Everything was thought of to the smallest detail, including Ziploc bags, umbrella at the door, cream and sugar for coffee. We really enjoyed the location. It was a very quiet, people that we met were incredibly friendly, including Christine. 🙂 We highly recommend this Villa.

5 nights. Fantastic place for those desiring something more than another cookie-cutter hotel experience. This abode comes with all the comforts of home!

This host knows what it means “the difference is in the details”. From the start of our stay to the end was easy and spot on. What a pleasure to walk into a place that was super clean including the refrigerator. Cold water and new bottle of creamer was waiting for us along with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. Ice tray full of ice along with a bag of ice, beach chairs and towels were also provided. The bedding and bed is extremely comfortable and a great updated bath and shower was a plus. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the private patio and drinks in the evening. Great restaurants in walking distance. We like to book different places because we like variety but when we come back to this area we will be booking this place over and over again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and decorated in a fantastic way.. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was even pamphlets about restaurants in the area and other things to do.
The sitting area in front and back were very comfortable.
It was in a good location, not to far from Tampa or clearwater.We had a amazing host . She even left us a bottle of wine
Also a couple of chairs and beach and towels. We would definitely stay here again. She thought of everything .

Loved this comfortable cottage! Had everything I needed for my stay. Was in a great location, walking to local restaurants was an added bonus. Will stay again!

We had a Spa Day, drove to Clearwater Beach for a grouper sandwich and beach time, drove to Palm Harbor for a comedy show and dinner, enjoyed Harbor Bar for drinks late at night and watching the ball games on their TVs, walked downtown Safety Harbor and also drove to Dunedin for Wild Iris breakfast and then live music at Little Baby Bayou. So much fun!

Christine's Villa was just as advertised clean and cozy,great location. Villa was beautifully decorated. Christine was so easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I would definitely stay again. Great Villa for the price.

Wonderful place to stay in our new favorite town of Safety Harbor. We had plans to go to Clearwater Beach (a favorite as veteran Floridians), but chose to spend most of out time exploring the town. There is so much to do there and Christine's cottage is walking distance to everything in town. Lots of good food and company to be found. The neighborhood is pleasant and walkable.
The cottage is cute and maximizes space well. It was super clean and well stocked. Such a comfortable place to stay for a few nights. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Communication is great. Christine and Dave are there if you need anything while being mindful of your privacy.
We loved every minute there and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Wonderful property and fantastic hosts! The property is very homely, very tastefully done, clean, efficient, excellent attention to detail, and not much noise. It is a comfortable 5 to 6 blocks walk to main street in Safety Harbor. Safety Harbor is great! We would recommend staying here!

Everything about our rental was very easy and accommodating. Very clean, extremely well equipped and convenient to the downtown.

What a gem of a place. Very well appointed and everything you need. Close to town and an easy walk to Safety Harbor Spa & Resort. The outside seating area is quant and cozy. The inside has a French Country view be. Communication with the owner was easy and fast responses. We will definitely be back when visiting the area.

Property was very clean. Easy walking distance to many restaurants bars, and waterfront. Christine and Dave were the most wonderful hosts you could ever ask for. Checkin was easy and well communicated. So many little extras made us feel like we were at home. We will be back again for sure! Thank you so much!

We have stayed at many properties in this area but The Villa was by far the best. Clean, comfortable, beautiful design/decor(wow on the shower), great location and attentive hosts. No detail has been overlooked. Alexa was even playing Caribbean music when we arrived! Outdoor spaces were great. We would move here in a heartbeat. We will never stay anywhere else the next time here. Thanks to Christine and David, our hosts, for a wonderful stay.

This adorable place was clean and well appointed. There was nothing left undone. She even left us a personalized message with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon! Definitely would stay here again! Safety Harbor is a cute little town and we enjoyed the local eatery’s and music.

Villa at Harbor House is exactly as described, cozy, comfy and very nicely appointed. Christine, the host, was terrific to deal with. Very helpful and communicative.
Safety Harbor is a great little town with nice shops and restaurants. The villa is within an easy walk to downtown.

Perfect for work and vacation
We stayed for a work trip and felt like we were at a resort. The location is perfect for walking around the sights, eats, and easy to navigate. Christine was great with communication. The wifi supported both of us and our work devises. Every single thing we could have needed was there. Fantastic experience.

The villa was even better than depicted in the photos. Impeccably clean, beautiful decor and the nicest hosts. The location was perfect for dining and shopping in Safety Harbor. We could walk to everything. I have informed all my family and friends. They also have two additional villas that we got to see if you need space for more guests. I will be back.
