Something weird was happening to the WiFi and the ceiling fan in the living room. Maintenance came over same day to fix.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house was clean and nice. Close to beach I should have been advised that there was an active construction project next door. It is not a reason not to rent this excellent property. It is just something that I believe should have been disclosed.

No dust pan or mop to clean. No simple things like scissors. Coffee pot took 30-45 minutes to make coffee. Can opener didn’t work, toaster did not work. Not a hanger for your clothes to be found. Had to live out of the suitcase. It rained on us 2 days and windows in bedroom leaked and grandsons mattress was soaked. Sons room leaked living room/dining area leaked and ruined several games we had brought. When it rains, it floods the front in front of the garage area. Was so deep that it came up to the doors. Other than providing a few simple things, it was a decent house and the location was great. Maybe I was expecting too much.
