The home is lovely and comfortable for a large group. We kept the “his” bathroom reserved for the three guest bedrooms on the main level. That bathroom is accessible from the deck, so it was easy to use it during the day. The kitchen is so well supplied, even having many spices stocked. It was great having a drip coffee pot and a K-cup for single brews. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful. If you are a reader, there is a great library of books to enjoy. The outdoor spaces were beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. The two lower level guest rooms, without en-suite baths, are at the end of a hallway, with a nice shared bath. Both of these rooms have lovely views of the river. Extra cots are located in the closet off of master “his” bath. It was very clean and everyone enjoyed our time there!

This cabin was perfect for our gathering! This spacious, well-appointed home fit 11 of us so comfortably. We enjoyed the bedrooms, the theater room, the pool and hot tub, and especially the kitchen! We even cooked meals together; the spacious kitchen had everything! The location of the home also made it possible for us to visit a nearby orchard and go apple picking as a group. Check-in was seamless, and the contact person was very responsive when we thought we needed help with the theater room. This home was perfect for our celebration, and we were able to create so many new memories, whether laughing and chatting inside the home, or just having relaxing conversations outside near the river. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much! We had an amazing time!

We loved our stay at the lovely and spacious home. We especially loved the river view and tubing directly from the house.

We have stayed here several times before with our kids/grandkids and we love the location and spacious accommodations. They have done some updates, with more coming I am sure. I would have rated it high as our previous trips except one of our bedrooms did not have the sheets changed from a previous visit. I contacted the rental company and told her we would wash the sheets etc and I am sure she notified the cleaning agency. The power went out in the entire neighborhood for 6-8 hrs and our generators worked well after coordinating with maintenance regarding a Generac part that had been ordered but not arrived. We rented a pontoon boat one day from Toonz Rentals and really enjoyed seeing/tubing Lake Blue Ridge. The downstairs bar, juke box, theatre room, pool table, & dart board is a great place for relaxation. The pinball machines were different this time, but one was still not functioning and the other had sticky paddles. The upstairs kitchen, dining & living area are also a central focal point for the family gatherings. There is a ver large parking area and the pool was wonderful especially for the younger kids. We caught large trout in the Toccoa river in front of the house & enjoyed just sitting down by the river and watching kayakers go by. This is a great place especially for a family as large as ours (17) and we will rent again, even though like everything else the rental price. Kristy Collections, especialy Lorrie is great!

Property was perfect for the multiple families.

All 22 of us (from age 3-87) had a terrific time at this wonderful, spacious, well-appointed property with terrific amenities. The kitchen is truly stocked as stated elsewhere. The beds were comfortable and even though the thermostats were not to be lowered below 70 degrees overnight, we were never too hot. The river was so convenient for tubing that we did float trips/kayaking almost every evening (the river was at its highest from about 6-8 PM and there is a convenient take-out spot about 15 min away by car. A couple things of note - there are stairs down to the river on the right (we did not notice them until after our first float trip), most of the bedrooms do not have a place for clothing other than the closets - extra hangers would be most helpful as we found only 3-4 for each bedroom. One of the two "master" bathrooms on the main floor is accessible from the deck so there really are three and a half bathrooms to share on the main level. We managed to fit 18 around the indoor dining room table (using a couple of folding chairs), with room for 3 more at the island so rain was no problem at mealtimes. Cell service is spotty outside, so be sure to download trails for hiking etc. before you leave the house. There is much to do at the house, but also so much to do in the surrounding area. You will have a fantastic time if you stay here!

Our family helped us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and everyone had a superior experience! Our 10 grandkids range from 3 to 10 and could not have been more excited to wake up everyday to do an excursion and get back to the swimming pool! The house was the perfect size for the 20 of us; nobody felt crowded. The supply of dishes, cookware, and glassware was the best we have ever experienced. And nothing can beat 3 clothes dryers! A few of our son-in-laws sent a picture to their families to see if they will consider for their next family vacation. The house is centrally located to the town, lake, and hiking trails; a perfect location. Lorrie was the most responsive manager we have ever worked with and can't sing enough praises! Thank you Lorrie for enhancing our experience! We hope to return in the future!

We had 4 generations from 99 to 2 yrs. Everyone had a wonderful time. Enough space for large numbers to gather and yet not feel on top of each other. Pool and hottub were fun but the river and large lawn saw most of the action. Plenty to do.

The pool was warm and clean, the river is so close, it is lovely. The only concern is the stairs that lead downstairs are precarious, they should place safety strips on the stairs. My husband fell down the stairs.

We had so many friends from multiple states come and surprise my wife for her 40th. Wineries nearby allow us to distract her while the house is being decorated. The pool is warmed perfectly for our Saturday pool and games day. This was my second time staying at this house, and it wasn’t long enough! We love it Rich Palmer

We have now rented this property three times for staff retreats! Kristie Collection, Lorrie, and team are always super easy to work with. The house is huge and well-furnished. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking larger meals together. ...and the river...well, what says 'retreat' better?

This was an amazing and very clean property with everything we needed for our stay. The team was extremely attentive to anything we needed and very responsive to any questions we had. The view of the river was great to wake up to every morning. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a larger home to accommodate a large number of guests.

We had a group of 24, which included 14 teenagers. We loved all of the space and places for the kids to hang out & play games. The beds were very comfortable. We used some of the extra pullout beds but there was no bedding. I texted the manager and within the hour we had more than we needed. The only disappointment was that a lot of the dishes, glassware and silverware were dirty when we arrived….some had dried food stuck on them. Soon we could see why… the dishwasher in the kitchen just never seemed to get the dishes fully clean (and we made sure that the water coming out of the faucet was scalding hot before we ran it) so we would hand wash almost everything (not a big deal bc we had lots of kiddos to help lol). The dishwasher in the pantry worked better. We had a blast and we would return for sure.

What a great place to hold our corporate retreat. The property is clean, safe, intuitively designed, and fun when the formalities conclude. We would love to bring our team back next time. The check-in/check-out instructions are clear and concise. The host is very attentive and professional.

The home was large enough for our group of 22 to have time together and also be able to have separate rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and excellent for our company chef to prepare our Saturday night dinner. We were all able to sit at the extended kitchen table and enjoy our meal together (22 people). Would highly recommend for large family or company gathering. We had such a great time that we have talked about going back during the summer!

So many fun things to do here. Really enjoyed the downstairs bar area and movie theater. Perfect for our work retreat!

Feasting is extremely important to me and my group of friends and we were VERY impressed with the well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated access to things that we forgot to bring ourselves, such as sharpies to label leftovers. 😆 The property itself was just as clean and beautiful as the photos. Thank you for having us and making my birthday bash possible.

We had a group of 14 people celebrating my 40th birthday and it was absolutely perfect for our large group. There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen allowed for many to be involved in the preparation of meals. Everything was clean and tidy and we didn’t have any issues at all. HIGHLY recommend!

I was definitely impressed. Making plans to return for sure. I loved that there were 2 fridge, 2 dishwashers and 2 stove . Only complaint was there wasn’t a pantry for food, had to use laundry room to store food, and the theater only took DVDs. But overall, the best cabin I’ve been at so far.

The home was soo BEAUTIFUL! Words can't express how nice everything was. It definitely helped create memories for all the generations of family present and especially my two young children. The home was spacious and provided more than enough activities even with 22 people. The fire-pit, game room, movie theatre, the sound of the river, and scenic views were just a few of the highlights that this property has to offer. The communication with the owner and property manager was very prompt with responses.

We had 20 family members ranging from 2yr to 62yr. Everyone had a great experience from building fires beside the river to watching movies and football in the lower level movie room. We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this property.

The home was so well thought out and tastefully decorated. Even the small details were not overlooked. Our group of 18 truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again.

The women of our church were enamored with the beauty of both the home and the setting! They ooohed and aaahhhed for the entire weekend. We had 32 women attend the conference and were able to spread out well. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We used the extra tables and chairs for meals with little to no issue. After reading through the room and bathroom descriptions and matching with pictures, I made an error thinking there were 3 levels to the home “main, terrace and lower”. This was not the case and may be helpful to know when planning for large groups. I would absolutely rent this home in the future and work with the property manager again. She was fabulous!!

It was an overall very good experience staying at the resort. we enjoyed our stay. The gravel road to the place needs repairs.

The sound of the river is a perfect backdrop for whatever you are doing. We hosted a retreat on the property. The theatre room is so so so much fun with a real popcorn machine in it! Not much pantry space for food but it wasn't an issue as there is counter space. Two dishwashers and great open floor plan for evenings. IT really is a spectacular property. Go for it!

My family and friends stayed at this property while we were in town to get married. It accommodated us comfortably and kept us entertained during the downtime of the weekend.
