This is our second time renting this great vacation home. The week was full of many wonderful activities and food! The owners are first class!!

The house was HUGE & very clean! Owners are super responsive and helpful! Very close walk to CliffWalk and views of the ocean. It was the perfect house for adults and a few kids, with the master bedroom being at the opposite end of the house, it worked out great. Basement is a great hangout for kids! Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice backyard and actually had a deer visit us while sitting back there!:)

Extremely responsive and helpful owners. Place was immaculate and in a wonderfully beautiful neighborhood steps from the beach. Location was fantastic as it is close to just about everything. Can’t say enough about how perfect of a family getaway this was. The one “critique” I would have is that the pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice!! It looks even better in person! Thanks again for allowing my family to stay!!!

This was a wonderful house in a fantastic neighborhood away from touristy spots but close to the beach. Everything was easy to get to. The house was great. We were so pleased with all that was provided and the cleanliness we arrived to. The sun porch was our favorite evening spot. Sean was terrific with the few minor things that came up. We had a wonderful vacation here.

The home and location met our expectations! Considering what is taking place in the country right now, the house and location provided a respite from the events of the day. Getting to the beach was an easy walk or drive if you have a younger family. The large yard provided a great gathering area for the adults and children in our family,

We stayed at Sean’s house for three weeks. It was a perfect place for our 3 and 5 year old to run around the yard and take advantage of the basement playroom. A big bonus is that the majority of the property is to the side or behind the house on a quiet street so that traffic becomes less of a concern. The neighborhood is quiet and close to both Harbor Beach and Long Sands. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The house is spacious and in a quiet residential area. Conveniently located to many attractions. We enjoyed Harbor Beach. Perfect for the grandchildren. Minor recommendation would be to bring Tupperware or storage containers. We wound up using baggies. The house does have window a/c in three of the four bedrooms. It was but hit when we were there so we round up not using that bedroom. There are so many pros about the house then cons. My few comments should not prevent anyone from renting this house. The owner Sean is very responsive and we look forward to visiting York again.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this beautiful and well- maintained home in York. The neighborhood was great for walking, running and biking and it was also close to several beaches. The owners could not have been more helpful. We would definitely come back.

My sister and I spent a week here with our 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Some younger cousins came over one evening and the yard was large enough for a soccer game and the house had enough gathering spaces that the adults were able to visit with each other. My kids were thrilled that there was a piano that they could play.

Perfect family vacation spot. House was well equipped to house 2 families each having their own space. Lots of room for children to play including a basketball net, ping pong table and a huge yard! Close to York beaches and all things southern Maine has to offer. We would totally recommend this house- Sean and Merilin were great hosts and were super responsive to any and all questions we had. We would love to stay here again!!

This is a beautiful and very well kept property in a quiet established neighborhood. Easy walk to beach via sidewalk or cliff walk. Town very nearby. As Mother Nature did not send a daily dose of sunshine, we found many local non beach activities. Great fishing! All the amenities in the house are top notch. Everything is clean and feels new. Hosts are so friendly and responsive to questions. We felt very much at home and at ease. Thank you!

We loved this house and all the space to spread out. It was clean and had everything we needed, and very comfortable beds. We highly recommend it. Great neighborhood too.

For many years my family has talk about a New England vacation and in 2017 it has happened, and by the way my son got married on the York Harbor beach as a special bonus. Sean and his family allowed us the use of their home in the wonderful area of York. Everything exceeded our expectations and the communication was first rate. We hope to return in the future!

Well maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bath home in peaceful residential area across the street from the ocean. Very clean and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and comfortable lay out. Many amenities include large, well stocked eat in kitchen, separate dining room, 2 living rooms and big finished basement room with ping pong table and high tech laundry facilities. Enclosed side porch and nice back yard with gas grill and outdoor patio furniture. Enjoy the smell of the ocean as you relax in the evening after a great beach day at the very close Harbor beach or nearby Long Sands beach. Great area for walking, or go explore York Village's historical landmarks. Thank you Sean and Merilin for sharing your beautiful home with us. You were immediately responsive and we had a wonderful time. We look forward to staying again next summer.
