We loved our space. We are new grandparents and so decided to stay for 10 days and couldn't stay at our kids place. This was perfect - kitchen we could cook in, lots of space to work - enough place for our clothes - great TV - very comfortable. Newly refurbished. Easy parking and in/out. Loved the location. And, our host was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay and great communication through the whole process. The apartment is quiet, clean and the bed is fantastic! I honestly can’t say enough about how comfy the bed and pillows are - so rare when traveling. It was also a really nice touch having a brita available. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to many restaurants in the Highland and West Highland area. Highly recommend: Fox and the Hen, duo, Spuntino and be sure to check out the farmers market on Sundays in West Highland. Would highly recommend. The only thing I can say to add is full length mirror behind one of the closets would be great.

Everything was great. Nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. Also used Uber a few times with no issues. Bed was comfortable and there is a huge tv. Communication with the owner was easy. Walked to breweries and restaurants.

Attractively furnished, comfortable, and we’ll appointed basement apartment. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Good quaint neighborhood with easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend.

Roomy space for a couple. The sectional was nice to rest on in between outings. The bed was so comfy and giant (king size). Parking on the street was easy. We could usually find parking on the same street in front of the house or just around the corner. The location was a short driving distance to downtown. Idk if I would describe it as walkable to many restaurants and shopping unless you like long walks.
The bathroom was nice, though the shower was small. The kitchen was good and had basic coffee, creamer, salt, pepper, etc. The coffee maker was sitting on a really wet towel upon arrival. Not sure why, but we just removed the wet towel and put a paper towel down to dry up any remaining water. Also, you can definitely hear the footsteps from above. We didn't hang out too much in the apartment though so this is better for couples who just want a place to crash or rest between outings.

A great place to stay in a great area. The property is exactly as advertised in a residential part of a very cool and walkable neighborhood. Everything was really nice and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was SOOOO comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay in a really great area.

I can’t say enough good things about staying here!! Location was awesome! In walking distance to places to eat and only a 1.5 mile walk to the Mile High Stadium! We had one question come up and Dina was quick at calling back. The whole downstairs was comfortable and had everything that you could think of that you would need. When back in the Denver area we will defiantly stay there again!

We spent 5 nights at this Vrbo and we had a mostly pleasant stay. The Vrbo is located in the basement of a home and the owners were home most of the time. I will admit that the running dogs and squeaky floors were quite bothersome at times, but did not ruin our trip. The only downside of being in the basement is that we didn't really feel alone. We felt like we couldn't talk too loud, as we could hear the conversations upstairs and couldn't shower too long because we didn't want to disturb them. The location was pretty good though and we were able to take a very cheap lyft downtown and also drive around without issue. There was lots of parks in the area to relax at and the food and shopping options were plentiful. All in all this is a great location if you don’t mind the noise from upstairs. The AC and heat are controlled by the owner, but they were very helpful when we asked for it to be adjusted and were very nice.

Great place, super quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Stayed here with my husband and 11 year old, it was perfect. Even though I'm typically not a fan of staying in a lower level unit, I would definitely stay here again. It was ideal for how we like to enjoy a city.

My wife and I enjoyed our first trip to the Denver area. The apartment was perfect for our stay. We loved the central location, oversized couch and comfortable bed and pillows. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in and out was easy. Very clean, and plenty of privacy. The place was just enough to be a comfortable home base for our Denver and mountain excursions.

The property was nice. The owners did warn us that it can get a little noisy with them and their dogs upstairs but it wasn't too bothersome. The owners left us alone but replied when i requested them to turn up the temperature a little (thermostat is in the main part of the house.) We had most of the essentials. Wifi was good.
The only issue was the location. Especially in winter, you need a rental car. There was absolutely no place to walk to go get a decent bite in the morning or for any meal. If you look up "restaurants nearby" while there, 90% of the places that popped up are Mexican Restaurants. Walking probably would've been treterous anyhow since the street was solid ice (every Uber Driver that picked us up even mentioned how terrible that street was the 3 days we were there). We looked into public transportation and it was incredibly inconvenient.
Overall: Cute place to stay
Recommendations for someone booking:
- rent a car
-Bring good winter boots (if you're staying in the winter)
Recommendations for owners:
-Throw a few packets of hot chocolate/tea in the kitchen (not everyone drinks coffee)
-Maybe move the extra tv from the kitchen to the bedroom ( a lot of people like to watch TV while falling asleep)

The garden apartment was wonderful for our stay. We found most everything we needed and the home is in a great area. It was comfortable, clean and safe. There was an issue with the door lock but I text the landlord and she and her husband addressed it within minutes. They were both very responsive and pleasant to us. We loved having a washer dryer to use during our stay. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

This was a great apartment in a really cute neighborhood. Walking distance to cute restaurants, and minutes to downtown Denver. Super clean, quiet, free parking available... couldn't ask for anything more!
