The location here was perfect - steps away from 2 shuttle bus stops, giving you an option of where to start your skiing. 5 minute walk into town too. The bathrooms were old though - tiny, crooked toilet seat, no real door just a slider, no counter space.

Pros:
Great location, easy walk to Main Street and the Breck free shuttle pick up is right in front of the unit. However, it would be a really long walk up hill to actually walk to the lift (snowflake or beaver run)
We had 6 and there was plenty of space (4 teens and 2 adults)
Kitchen was full stocked (although one burner didn’t work on the stove but was not an issue for us)
Living room/dining room was a nice size

Managment company was difficult to get in touch with. We had an issue with the Carbon Monoxide detector (which was a little scary) and they had forgotten to roll phone over when they left the office
Sent a repairman who didn’t actually repair the detector (but told them he did) so had to call back again to get it fixed (it had gone off the entire night before)
When I did speak to the mgt company they were very nice and responsive. It was just a little bit of a scary situation to not know what was going on and not be able to reach anyone
Bathrooms are a little dated but clean, was nice to have 2 bathrooms
Sofa bed in living room wasn’t comfortable. Boys slept on the floor

The apartment is an easy, short walk to Main St. in Breckenridge. We loved having that quick access to all the restaurants and shops. The apartment complex is attractive and well- kept. Even though the apartments are older, our was very clean and well stocked. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was ok but very dated and looked like you stepped back into the 80s. Wall decor was Walmart special at best. No tv in bedrooms. Kitchen utensils were lacking. No spatula or baking dish. Mold in showers. Beds were nice and comfortable. Overall complex was nice. I do not know if other rooms were in better shape. But based on this one, I would not stay here again.

Good location - outdated condo
We enjoyed the ski in feature of this condo. This condo really needs new bathrooms, carpet (there was a weird crunching sound under the carpet from the pad), furniture, TV, and kitchen. It is liveable and the price reflects the location, not the condo interior. Great walking distance to all downtown Breckenridge locations. Please spend some money to modernize this excellent property.

The property management is doing an awful job
When we arrived the bathroom was full of mold. We were promised two bathrooms and we practically only had one since the mold one could not be used. They sent someone to clean the mold and left it exactly the same. The electricity went out and we contacted the emergency line and no one every called me back. We were without electricity at least 6 hours in the morning. We could not cook breakfast and had no TV. After the electricity went out the TV stopped working. The man that came to clean the mold tried to fix it and couldn’t, so they left us without TV for the rest of our stay. The website promises complimentary shuttle and when we called for shuttle they said they didn’t have availability so we had to use UBER. One chair had a broken leg, no DVD player like promised, only one loveseat as opposed to two like the picture shows and to top it all off the elevator did not work on our last two days. As I went down the stairs, two flights of stairs I slipped and fell with my luggage. The property management said the broken elevator is out of their control. I would not recommend this place because you are out there alone in that apartment. If you have an emergency with the apartment, the property management will leave you to fend for yourself. All of the decorations are extremely old and appear to have been bought at a thrift store. Stay at your own risk.

No frills in a great location
The unit was just ok, the saving grace was the location. You can ski right to it at the end of the day, which was fantastic. As others mentioned, the unit is in some serious need of updating. The pictures in the listing make it look much nicer than in person. Carpet is worn out, bedrooms and baths are dated and worn and living room furniture is worn out too. The cooking supplies (pots and pans) were minimal too. We struggled to make meals for 6 people with what they had.
The pluses are it's a decent size for 6 adults and great location, on the 4 O'Clock run and walking distance to town.

The Condo had a great location at the end of 4 O'Clock run making it convenient to ski in and still be able to walk to the gondola as well as downtown. The inside was nice. The bathrooms were dated but sufficient for our use.

The condo we rented was in need of a lot of renovations. The bathrooms were disgusting and had mold. The carpet might as well not even been there because it was like walking on cement. Overall just very disappointed.

Spacious and Convenient!
Spent the holidays with our two adult son's snowboarding each day and enjoying the town in the evenings. Short walk to the gondola in the morning and ski right up to the condo at the end of the day. The condo itself was spacious and provided all the necessary cooking and lounging space needed after a log day on the slopes. Our only complaint was the double beds were too firm for our liking and probably an easy fix with a memory foam topper. Otherwise an enjoyable stay, and look forward to returning next year.

Great location, just a couple of blocks off Main Street and super close to the gondola. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room for our party of 5 adults. The only negative comment I would make is that there was not a great deal of sound barrier between us and the condo above us.
