My husband and I had a wonderful time. The house was spotlessly clean. The home was on a quiet street with comfortable furniture and beds, spacious back yard with a beautiful deck which we enjoyed. AC was not needed, linens were provided although being a germaphobe we bought are own. We would highly recommend and hope to return again.

Very home like and comfortable feeling. Excellent for commutes to Boston area and Conn. to visit friends and relatives. House was well equipped with dishes, cookware and linens. Grocery store, gas station, package store and great breakfast place (the Daily News) just down the street. Just a short distance from historic downtown and shopping. Quiet and relaxing.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could have wanted. Owner is very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely return in the future.

We needed a small home base for a cape adventure and this was perfect! Our family from many states planned to all be on the cape at the same time and with three young kids we knew we'd need a place to relax, regroup, and reset. The house was clean and nearby to everything in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kiddos adored the garden figurines and said goodbye to each.

Nice small house with lots of sleeping options. The property was clean and accurately described on Vrbo and is within walking distance to a supermarket. It’s also near major routes for traveling further out to the Cape or north to Plymouth and Boston. Recommended.

With a two day golf tournament, this was the ideal location for a group of four friends. It was clean, multiple bathrooms, tv and great deck, grill, and backyard. A quiet dead end street with gas, pizza, liquor store and Shaw's all within walking distance. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

My son lives in Europe and I live in Colorado. We had not seen one another for nearly 3 years and were looking for a place to just hang out and visit. This location was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We spent time checking out the eating places, Cape Cod attractions and sitting on the beach which were all readily accessible. Checking in and out were very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Very good central location on the Cape, near the beach and Hyannis - shopping, restaurants and the high speed ferry to the islands are all 5 minutes away. The house was very clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

This rental was even better than the reviews and the pictures! So cozy, clean, and just perfect for four adults and a child. As the mom of a toddler, I was even more impressed— not too many unnecessary knick knacks, great use of space, safe quiet street, and a great range of amenities. We loved it and would absolutely stay again!

The house was very clean and orderly. We foolishly stopped to buy cleaning products while on our way, only to discover the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was very spacious (my little one enjoyed chasing bubbles and watching the birds back there) and the front driveway easily accommodates 2 cars. Overall we enjoyed this home away from home.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to many locations on the cape. It was very clean and had everything you need to relax and enjoy your time there. Would definitely go back.

House was very well supplied with linens, towels, the necessities. We were very pleased with the house. Felt like home. Contact person being right across the street was convenient He proved to be kind and helpful when minor problem arose. Convenient location Even a good grocery store and nice breakfast restraunt within walking distance of home. Would certainly consider home for rental in future.

Great location, AC for summer nights, clean, kitchen is equipped to make food if needed and patio table to enjoy the evening dinner. We enjoyed our time at the place.
