Wir hatten großes Glück mit Hurricane Michael, St. George Island und Apalachicola, die sehr wenig Schaden erlitten haben und nach Wiederherstellung der Stromversorgung auf der Insel besser als je zuvor wieder einsatzbereit sind. Dies ist eine große Einheit im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad, die sich weniger als 1 km von Lebensmittelgeschäften, zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und Grills, Geschenkartikelläden und einzigartigen Fachgeschäften entfernt befindet. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6-7 Personen sehr bequem. (1) französisches Bett) (1 Einzelbett) in jedem Schlafzimmer. Zwei neue Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Küchenbar, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Großes offenes Wohnzimmer mit HD-Kabelservice. Große Außenseite abgeschirmt in der Veranda und im Plattformbereich mit BBQ und kochendem Bereich. Großbild-HD-Fernseher für alle Spiele! Der perfekte Ort für Familien und Senioren. Wi-Fi ist inbegriffen. Gegenstände im Freien wie Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher werden nicht bereitgestellt.

Great place. Very well decorated! Needs a larger number on the door. The wi fi would drop every morning. Beautiful inside. Great island place.

It was our first time staying in the area. We were pleasantly surprised at how private and accessible to the beach it is. The house is decorated very nice, with a large kitchen and a convenient covered patio to keep your beach items without getting much sand into the living space. Beds and sofas were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy, and they were accommodating to address any questions or needs we had. The beach isn’t crowded at all, and allows you enough room to enjoy your time without being in someone’s space. Local restaurants are good, but everything does close early. One local grocery is close, though you’d probably want to go on the mainland and stock up if you’re coming for an extended stay. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and hope to come back soon.

We had a great weekend celebrating our daughters 16th birthday and our anniversary! The home was clean and had everything we needed to help make sure we had a great time. Prime location right on the beach- we hope to be repeat visitors!

Fun was had by all. Watched dolphins playing and feeding. Caught crabs. Watched pelicans dive for their dinner daily. It was like watching Wild Kingdom from the first row. Wonderful.

This was our first time actually staying on the island, we typically stay over in carrabelle and drive over. After this week, I will always try to go back here! It was very clean and just felt very homey. It wasn’t crowded, we only had one other family in the condo with us at the time we were there. Everyone is very respectful and keeps distance. The condo has everything you can need, and if it doesn’t you are not far at all from a store. We are so ready to come back next year!

Great weekend getaway. This is the second time staying at this house and will be going back again soon. Clean, quite and right on the beach. Even with it being the middle of summer there was plenty of room on the beach to setup and enjoy your day.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked dinner each night. The ability to set each bedroom to a different temperature was also an added bonus. The screened-in porch was perfect for sitting with my coffee and listening to the waves in the morning. I will definitely come back to this property again. Thank you for sharing your place!

Our unit was nothing fancy but served our needs very well. Cost for three nights was reasonable. Best part was that we were ocean front and steps from a beautiful beach. The only negative was four of us having to share one bathroom between two bedrooms. However not a deal breaker and would stay there again.

My husband and I, and our Westie, enjoyed our stay at Calabash. Our fur baby loves the beach as we do, so we were so glad to find a place that welcomed pets. We loved the fact that it is right on the beach, with a screened in porch and no stairs to climb with luggage. The kitchen was roomy and adequately furnished. However, there is no dishwasher but we didn't mind that so much. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were too. Since there was just the two of us, we were fine with the one bathroom, but if there was another couple or more family members, that might have been an inconvenience. Overall, this unit fits our needs and measures up to our standards. We will definitely return to this unit.

This was an amazing space in and amazing location. Close to the town so you can walk there. The beach is just in front. Watching the beach grass sway from the front porch is a dream. Everything you need is there. Comfortable. Great A/C in all the rooms. Highly recommended!

We had a bit of a nervous start with hurricane Ian in the Gulf. We ended up getting some gusty winds, but overall nothing too scary. Loved sitting in the screen porch listening to the waves. We enjoyed a nice quiet trip. Perfect for celebrating our 35th anniversary.

Best house on the beach that’s accommodating and affordable. We love how close it is to the beach and the screened in porch. This is our second time staying here and it will be our forever place we stay!

We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for coffee, and out on the deck for stargazing each night! All dishware and cookware was excellent condition and high quality. Beds were comfortable, bathroom big. The only cons were that we had to go to the store and buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent. Would have been a lot more convenient and less hassle if these household items were provided for our stay. We also had spotty wifi connection, even when I reset it multiple times as the owner instructed. Also noticed a few roaches and had to spray at various bugs on the floor and in the bathroom. Still, would definitely stay here again! The location is everything!

Phenomenal location, great outdoor deck, air conditioning was very cold, huge kitchen. Rick was super fast to respond to any questions.
