Nice location, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Two bathrooms in a 5-person room, air conditioning in the room.

The location and front desk and security guards were helpful and very nice

the people in charge of the apartments weren’t helpful at all especially Miguel, was given the wrong apartment twice. I asked for single bedroom king size bed. but was given a two bedroom apartment with queen bed and other bedroom with bunk beds. then they moved me to another two bedroom with king bed and other room with bunk beds. was supposed to be ocean front but couldn’t see the ocean cause other building blocked our view. also in the second apartment the oven wasn’t working and sliding glass doors were hard to open. I mainly asked for one bedroom king bed because the shower is bigger but was never given that. Miguel told us he was only responsible for the key so when the oven and sliding glass doors weren’t working he told us to go to booking.com to file the complaint and wait for answer from supervisor but they were taking to long to answer us.

It was quiet and clean.

The apartment was very clean and everyone was very kind. I really had a great time there. All questions were quick replied. It was really a perfect stay.

Good view from room.

I did not like the customer service. I did not appreciate the fact that the hotel would not hold my luggage for 6 hours, as my flights were cancelled within 24 hours of my original departure. I did not like how I had to pay more for one night, as I had to extend my stay, due to an airplane crash on the runway in Lima, causing 5 people to die. I did not like how the hotel wouldn't offer me a late check out on my last night's stay, as I paid an increased value of 25% from the prior three nights booked and I asked customer service to work with me and they refused. Lastly, I didn't like pagolink, their pay service. Their site denied my card 6 times, and after an hour and a half of time wasted, I was told by their customer service that the issue was mine, and that my card was the only one in the day that was compromised.

Good location, big room. Nice view.

The street (with sea view) is very noisy. Even with earplugs you here the honking cars.
