I gave only 4 stars because some issues (that I had previously read about in older reviews) haven't been addressed. The front door, for example. It sticks, it is hard to lock, and it makes a ton of noise (honestly, the last thing I want to do on my vacation is to fight with the door). The only shower drain isn't draining at a "normal" speed. It is very unpleasant to stand in your own dirty shower water. I do have a photo, won't upload here, but it got quite "full". Everything else was super smooth. Of course, it is an older unit (we have been going to Princesa for the last 10 years, and have stayed literally in every building, and different apartment sizes). I can take an older, not "modern" unit (Princesa has this charm). However, the issues above the owner SHOULD take care of. They aren't luxuries.

Great location and room was accommodating

Lovely property and room - could use some updates to bathroom, however, all over a great stay.

Wasn’t bad once we figured out where the elevator was!
