Our family met up at Casa Dolphina for a vacation prior to school starting. We get together every year and this was the best location we have been to yet. The hosts Fabienne Gerold are such lovely people. They greeted us and made us feel right at home. Fabienne made some amazing cupcakes for us it was a very nice start to our trip. The property is absolutely beautiful. We spent most of our time outside where the view is picture perfect. The pool overlooks the water and every morning and every evening at sunset the dolphins swam right next to the dock. We all loved seeing them. We also saw manatees and parrots. Our children are ages 14, 16, 17 and they loved kayaking. The dock lowers into the water and makes it very easy for everyone of all ages to enjoy the kayaks. It was way too hot outside to use the hot tub but I can imagine in the fall this would be fantastic. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room for group dining. When renting in a location you have not been to you hope the home is as nice as the pictures. This one is even better than the pictures because when you see that view it is just stunning. We are looking at our calendars to see when we can all meet up at Casa Dolphina again next summer.

We have been coming to Florida for vaction for 20 years and this house was a combination of everything our family loves. We saw dolphins, pelicans and mannatees daily. Kayaking in the bay was wonderful. My grandson and I jumped off the dock and swam in the bay. Fabienne and Gerold even gave us a wonderful 50th Anniversary gift which was definitely unexpected. Looking forward to our next trip tp Florida and seeing Fabienne and Gerold. You can definitely not go wrong by booking this spectacular home. My only regret was that we couldn't stay for 2 weeks this year. Thank you so much to the Schwyn's for a wonderful vacation spot.

This was our second stay at Casa Dolphina and it was just amazing as we had all remembered. The Tiki hut was a nice addition from our last stay. The owners are just the best people and very easy to communicate with them if you have any questions or concerns. We hope to be booking our 3rd trip in the future. There were 10 of us and had plenty of room and the house was so clean. I can’t think of one thing I would change other than staying longer. Other than going out for dinner we just stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the amazing view. The kids did a lot of fishing off of the dock and caught many fish. Truly paradise on earth!!

We a had a wonderful time at this property and the owners (Fabienne and Gerold) were absolutlely fantastic. Views of the bay and sunsets were stunning! Plenty of large bedrooms for all the adults and bunks for the kids. The outdoor (FL) room with all the doors off the pool was perfect for gathering out of the sun, while others we relaxing in the pool. Can't go wrong renting here and enjoying the FL sunshine and hospitality! Thank you for a great week!

The property had a nice variety of activities for our family of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren (12-17). The pool table was a hit with the boys, kayaking was fun, and hot tub was a good relaxing time after fishing off dock and swimming in pool. The property owners were most responsive to any questions prior to our visit and during. We enjoyed Fabienne’s cupcakes too! The view from the back was a daily evening event…lovely view of bay with beautiful sunsets… Definitely recommend for a relaxing and fun vacation….

Family vacation for 10 people from 25 to 80. Younger guests loved the kayaks and the pool. Older guests loved the pergola and tiki hut. Beautiful house and great location. The owners were extremely wonderful and the pastries they brought were delicious. Would definitely stay again if returning to St. Pete. Thanks.

I was once told " don't travel for the country but the people". This could not be more true of our hosts Fabienne and Gerold. They met us at their home, showed us every aspect of the house to assure we were comfortable. We had a family reunion with our two daughters and thier family. A total of 11 adults. It was a once in a lifetime visit where we enjoyed swimming, outdoor cooking everyday,kayaking ,hot tub and of course a putting green. There was a mechanical lift that allowed kayakers to safely enter the water. Something we never saw befote. And when we wanted to go boating we found a great pontoon rental shop that picked us up and took our entire family boating all day. All this was available because the Casa Dolphina was easy to locate directly actoss from Jack's Island. Our entire family was overwhelmed with the Casa Dolphina and especially with the personal attention giving us from our hosts. As said earlier go for the people and they will make your vacation unforgettable.

We had an amazing time with our extended family in this beautiful home. We had everything we could need, the house was in a perfect location, and the dock was fun for all!! The owners were so kind and welcoming, offering recommendations and available at any time if we needed anything! Would definitely return!!!

This was a once in a lifetime trip for us for 60 anniversary every one loved it so many things to do 😍 but many of us just enjoyed being at the geourgasehome and our hosts were so accommodating and just wonderful people we would go back in a fash thanks

Excellent location, fantastic panoramic view of the water. Our grandchildren enjoyed all of the on-site activities: the pool, hot tub, putting green, kayaks and billiard table. Fabian and Gerold were wonderful and gracious hosts.

Casa Dolphina is an amazing property! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We saw dolphins every day, which was very cool. We also saw a herd of manatees, lots of birds, and a very curious squirrel. The backyard is a perfect oasis where we spent the majority of our time. We would definitely stay at this place again.

The Casa Dolphina was an excellent home for our group. The house accommodated our group of 10 with room to spare. The property is amazing, allowing for privacy at the pool, kayaking and fishing from the dock. We viewed dolphins daily and enjoyed watching the variety of birds visiting the docks. The property owners are so kind, thoughtful and generous, answering any questions we had immediately! This is our family's second stay at Casa Dolphina. We first stayed just prior to the Pandemic - before we knew it was a pandemic. We had such an enjoyable stay the first time we all wanted to come visit again. We are an adult family of 6. First, Fabienne and Gerold are the nicest, most gracious hosts. They checked in on us after we checked-in to make certain all was well and to answer any questions we may have. They brought us delicious cupcakes to welcome us - so very thoughtful. Mid week they "popped" in to bring our middle daughter a bottle of champagne to celebrate her birthday!! They had remembered the date of her birthday from our first stay. How very sweet and super thoughtful! Second, this property has everything you need for a relaxing and fun get-away. Gorgeous views, Gulf access with a remote dock for kayaking and also for a boat, if you have one. A solar heated pool - divine. Hot tub. Outdoor dining and grill. Putting green. And a large patio area for sunbathing and relaxing. All which were super perfect for our family. Everyone was remote working, but all together. We kayaked together and had the best time watching dolphins play in the Gulf. The birds were quite entertaining as well. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for daily walks. Grocery stores, eateries, etc are all within close proximity. We all came in from different states to spend a relaxing week of family time together. We had our own bedrooms and enough space to work and cohabitate together most comfortably. We will definitely be visiting again!!

Our second trip to Casa Dolphina. Scenery is very important to our group and this house delivers. The views from the patio, the sunroom, and back bedrooms of the house are magnificent. The deck area is very spacious and well maintained, including a new grill. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sunsets every day and the sunroom every evening. The automated lift at the dock makes entering and exiting the water in the kayaks very easy. We saw dolphins daily. The home is very spacious. The beds have very good mattresses, and the heights of the beds are good for getting in and out of easily if someone in your party has mobility issues. Fabienne and Gerold are very gracious and attentive hosts. Whether you need a light bulb replaced or suggestions for local activities and events they are very quick to respond. We will visit again next year.

Our entire group loved this place. We had 6 adults and 6 children. The kids lived in the pool (pay extra for the heat, it was well worth it). There is so much to do at this home; swimming, kayaking, golf, board games, billiards, fishing, etc. The hosts are extremely responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

The communication with Fabienne was excellent both before and after booking and during our entire stay. We had a wonderful visit and took full advantage of all the property had to offer from the swimming pool (strongly recommend upgrading to heat the pool!) to kayaking and relaxing in the hot tub. We had 10 people in our party - 8 adults and 2 kids and the house was very spacious. The kids are 1 and 3 years old and the bunk bed room with the pink panther on the wall was a big hit as was the dock lift, pool, cool birds that would stop by to visit and dolphin sightings. The host gifts both upon the beginning and end of our stay were much appreciated nice touches to make us feel welcome. I strongly recommend a visit to casa dolphina!

What an awesome house. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Sufficient parking for 4 cars stacked. It was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large group. The outside living area is amazing. View is stunning with visiting birds and dolphins, and of course beautiful sunsets. Kitchen is well equipped. The second refrigerator/freezer made things easy on us. Beds were very comfortable. Thanks for having Kings! The hosts were extremely hospitable and accommodating; very friendly and available. We plan to return!!
