Three day stay in Rochester MN for medical tests at Mayo Clinic. Convenient location with eaay acce to food, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Clean, cozy place to stay! Exactly as pictured and a 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Staying in a house in a neighborhood vs. a hotel room created a more home-like atmosphere that was much needed after long medical days! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need (including both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig), and the kindness of the host was amazing. She even made sure the driveway was shoveled after it snowed! Her communication was fantastic, and we wanted for nothing.

This is a lovely house on the west side of Rochester. Nice touches throughout and the host was responsive and great to work with.

I stayed here bc I was in town for Mayo Clinic treatment prep. Walking into the house, it was very nice and clean. However, there was a lot of religious things in the house that was very in your face. A large laminated page was on the dining room table that said, “live life for Jesus Christ”, with listed websites and Instagram info on how to follow the page with the same name. I am not religious, and honestly, felt very uncomfortable. There was also a bracelet that said the same thing for you to take. There were Bible verses in the food basket, and water by the front door that said, “holy water”. I feel that places should be neutral so whoever visits feels at home. One other thing, I don’t understand the $75 cleaning fee when we are to do laundry, dishes, and take out all of the garbages. And the person who stays on a Wednesday is to take the garbage to the street. I feel like I’m doing everything but vacuuming. I don’t know, maybe this is a normal practice. I did give 5 stars on everything bc these are just my personal feelings and doesn’t need to deter from the fact that the house was clean, and in a great neighborhood.

We love that there was a garage! Also, the location was very convenient to the Mayo Clinic. There is a park in the neighborhood that is within walking distance from the house. We took the kids there twice, and they loved it!

The property was great. We were in town visiting family and it was a great location and place to use as our base and for hanging out. The property was as advertised and we were pleased with the entire experience. We will definitely stay again in the future when back in town.

I have coming to rochester for over a year. This was a GREAT place to stay. Denise is excellent to work with. Place was very CLEAN ! Lots state they have a clean place but Denise delivers. Quiet location, close to amenities. Well stocked with extra towels, etc. I requested unscented detergent for sheets and towels, which was honored. Would stay here again.

What a great home! Very comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Close to shopping, coffee and an easy drive to Mayo Clinic. Property manager is friendly and easy to work with.

My sister and I stayed here for a week during treatment at Mayo. Such a perfect location. Also, it was clean and quiet, just what we needed for the week.

The home worked great for our situation. It was convenient access to the things we wanted and my kids felt at home when staying there. We will book again next time.

Great house with all the amenities! Comfortable beds, nice linens, very clean and in a great neighborhood. Just minutes from Mayo. Denise was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. This will be my “go to” place when visiting Rochester. I could not have been happier!

My wife and I really enjoyed it stay, however the about of Fabuloso used to clean the house prior to checking left a powerful smell that have us headaches the entire stay. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The most important rental property characteristics for us are a very comfortable bed and a clean home. This home had a great master bed (only 2 of us stayed) and was among the cleanest we’d ever stayed at. There were many other great qualities as well. Denise was a prompt and courteous communicator.

Everything from the beginning stages of renting to the end with checkout was great. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the house was everything that was advertised. The house had a nice deck and great neighborhood. It was close to a park with great walking trails that our daughter rode her bike on every night. Would stay with this owner and house again.

This home is in a perfect location, quiet neighborhood, very close to numerous restaurants, grocery, and retail stores. Easy on/off Hwy14 into downtown for Mayo appointments. In addition to being in a great location, the home is in very good condition with a well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi! Perfect home for a couple, or the entire family. Denise was extremely responsive to any questions and was eager to help in any way possible. Will definitely stay here again!
