This beautiful 2 bedroom has been updated and is very comfortable. Great pool, newly renovated bathrooms, very comfortable beds, close to the golf course and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Great owner who is very friendly and accommodating:-)

This home is very modern and in a gated community with 24/7 security guards. It has a carport and a vehicle is definitely recommended. It has excellent WiFi service, full kitchen, clothes washer AND dryer (which can be hard to find in Costa Rica). Best of all the pool is nice and refreshing. The beach is a few blocks away. Wildlife is abundant and we were able to see many macaws and other birds as well as white tailed deer grazing in the grassy field nearby.

If you're trying to decide between this property and some others - stop! Rent this place and you won't b disappointed. We've stayed at many rental properties over the years and this was definitely one of our top stays. It has everything you'll look for - clean, safe, conveniently located, well equipped, and comfortable. On top of that the owner is A+! Owner went over and above to make our stay perfect - even to the point of helping us personally when we had an issue with our rental car. A genuinely nice person who cares about their renters. As for amenities, the on property pool and laundry were so convenient, beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you'll need, property is gated with store, giant community pool, and golf on site, local roads are paved, the property was close to town (stores, groceries, bank, gas, restaurants - 15 minutes away), sodas are a few minutes away, local beach on property, public beach 3 minutes away, and Montezuma Beach (bigger waves) about 25 minutes away, (although last 10 minutes are on unpaved roads - but that's Costa Rica!).

This was a perfect location to experience Costa Rica's beautiful scenery and wildlife. Easy access to tours and golf yet private and peaceful. The accommodations are beautiful with the private pool and newly remodel villa. I loved listening to the wildlife to start my day and my morning walks on the beach.
