Landlord (Ralph Ely) was great with timeliness and communication. fresh flowers greeted us, property was close to beaches, local shops, very comfortable, lots of linens and kitchen items. Quiet neighborhood with greenspace for walking the avenue and historic markers 😃

Great property! Only a couple of blocks to the beach and an easy walk to several restaurants and Hop Dogma brewery, which was fabulous! Super clean place with fresh flowers waiting for us on check in. Ralph was great. We mistakenly left a couple of personal items at the property, and he graciously mailed them to us free of charge. Lovely clean little apartment with close proximity between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay. Worked perfect for our family of four during the Pumpkin festival! Great location, was quite and had serene views of the ocean. Ocean just a short walk down the hill. Would recommend and stay here again!

We were looking for a home base last minute in Half Moon Bay for our family and were so grateful to have found this spot. Ralph was quick to communicate, very responsive to questions and the check-in and out process couldn’t have been easier, which was helpful considering our toddler was asleep when we arrived late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location near Half Moon Bay couldn’t have been better. Close to San Francisco, yet the property is located in a quiet residential area. We were totally pleased with our stay and would gladly stay here again.

We stayed here for a long weekend from the East Coast. Beautiful location only minutes away from Half Moon Bay and gorgeous beaches. We used it as a base for visiting other areas Monterey, San Francisco and Napa. Condo is comfortably appointed, beds very nice. It worked well for us and our two teens. Owner was very responsive and super easy to deal with. I recommend this property and area.

This is a great two bedroom condo with a nice living room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and laundry facilities in the condo. The owner is local, very responsive, and helpful. There are great restaurants close by and it's a pretty easy drive into San Francisco. I would highly recommend this condo if you plan on vacationing in the Bay area.

We live in Alameda which is only 45 minutes from Half Moon Bay. Yet it felt like a real vacation. Beautiful beaches, wonderful food and great fun learning to blow glass.

Stayed here for 5 nights when attending a wedding in the area. Fantastic location - walking distance to the coastal trail, restaurants and pubs. Cozy apartments with very comfortable beds. The owner, Ralph, was very attentive. Will stay here again when in the area.

Travelled with another adult couple for 3 nights. This location was fantastic, walking distance to the beach, breweries, and restaurants. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Small living space but plenty for evening games and relaxing after touring the various nearby coastal towns during the day.

I was traveling by myself (female) on this vacation and wanted a place that was safe, quiet, close to beach and restaurants and walking trail. This apartment provided all of that and more. I couldn't have found a more perfect place. All the pictures of the apartment and surroundings were very accurately represented. I felt extremely safe as the apartment was in the middle of a nice neighborhood and I was able to walk to the beach, walking trail and the to the majority of the restaurants. The entire place was very clean and fresh flowers were on the dining room table. I cooked about half of my meals and the kitchen was appointed with everything that I needed and everything was very clean and in good order. My favorite restaurants were Miramar Beach Inn, Ketch JoAnne Restaurant and Sams chowder house which I easily walked to while walking on the beach trail. The couch was very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable with excellent quality linens and comforter. I slept better here than I do in my own home. I didn't watch any TV (too many other wonderful things to do), but I did use the wifi and it worked great! Ralph is very pleasant and kind and was quick to answer any of my questions.. He made the whole process of renting very easy. My week here in heaven went way too quickly and I was so sad to leave. I am already planning my next trip here to Half Moon Bay (hopefully next year) and will make it a priority to stay here.

This apartment is a couple blocks from the beach. The location is ideal for walking access to the small beach communities and cafes in the area. The Half Moon Bay Coast Walk Trail is very close by and goes in either direction. The apartment itself is cozy, clean and has all the basics. There was no laundry detergent so we were not able to do laundry until we picked some up. There is no front or back yard. There are two chairs sitting by the front door. They were very nice to sit in during the morning and afternoon, however they are lightweight and flimsy so you might want to consider bringing your own outdoor chairs if you like to relax in the sun. The beds and blankets were really comfortable, although we did bring our own pillows. The white towels were plentiful and freshly cleaned. The dishware and pots and utensils are all modern and clean. We did not use the kitchen much as we were sampling the local restaurants every chance we got. The fridge works really well and keeps things very cold. They have ice trays in the freezer and there was also a bag of ice in there. We did not use the coffee drip maker. The wifi was great for web and email. It was just barely good enough to watch Netflix/Youtube, but don't plan on multiple users on video or gaming. We don't watch network television so we didn't use the TV as it was connected to Comcast. We did turn it on just to see the quality of the signal (very low resolution) and we turned it right back off again. We probably would have used it if it was connected via HDMI to a Roku or something like that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very nice and made sure he was available by telephone when we got there with some questions about how to get in. Highly recommend this adorable little apartment if you want to bop around Half Moon Bay!

We got a little too comfortable and lost track of time, which caused us to stay past check out. Ralph was very understanding and kindly worked with us despite our mistake. I'd highly recommend this beautiful apartment if you're looking to spend time near the beach!

Great place to stay! Ralph is a great host! Close to San Francisco and beach too! Only thing needed is better cookwear in kitchen and instead of carpet in bedrooms I would do hardwood floors.
