Everything about this property is amazing. Great location and very clean. A lot of windows with views of the water from all angles. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything worked. They have a full working kitchen so no need to bring anything. AC's worked great (summer visit). Great open area for family with beautiful sunrise views. Parking was plentiful and private off the streets. Sitting on the back deck is very relaxing. They allow dogs which was great for us. Most other tenants picked up after their dogs so yard was clean (there is always one that ignores the rules, but leaving a note helps them get with the program). I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My almost 2 year old loved watching the boats go by on the deck. The house had everything we needed. There were several restaurants in walking distance. The house came with a season pass to the Sandy Hook Beach which we enjoyed several times. We will definitely return next summer !

If you are looking for a pleasant getaway this is the right location for you. The calming effect of the water, quiet surroundings and nice neighborhood made our stay very enjoyable. The entire process from start to finish was very easy. The host was wonderful, kept in touch with us and was easily accessible. I would gladly do this again. You will not regret this choice!

What a great location! Not even a five minute drive to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, view from the house was amazing and the sunrise view from the master bedroom was breath taking each morning! We will definitely be back in the future! Thank you again for a great stay.

We have stayed in several properties in the area including another one owned by this family and this is the best!! As other reviewers mentioned, the house and water views in every room are beautiful. Check in and out is easy and off street parking is always available. Walking distance to several restaurants, bars, bakery, ice cream, and a fish market. It’s fun to watch the boats and activity on the bay from the living room but the area is peaceful and quiet at night. We cooked breakfast each morning and grilled fish from the local market for dinner one night, enjoying our meal by the dock on a beautiful summer night. We asked for more dish towels and dish soap and they were delivered a short time after. The hosts are friendly, respond quickly, and make sure you are having a great stay. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in Highlands to check out nearby Princeton for our son’s college. It was beautiful, well situated, and clean. Perfect distance to the beach or New York. Quaint town with many great restaurants and items of interest. The house was great and perfect for seven. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Stayed here with another couple and really enjoyed ourselves. Gorgeous view, great location and property owners were helpful with communication. Would definitely come back!

We had an excellent three day stay and really hope we have the opportunity to come back! Four adults and two kids-plenty of space, beautiful views, quick drive to the beach. Owners made everything quick and easy, very responsive, and the house was in great condition. We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals and I will say the quality of the pots and pans were the best we have encountered. Property is walkable to ice cream, restaurants, and for people with littles, a playground.

This is our second stay at this house and both times were great stays. We found the home to be cozy, clean and well stocked. The location was great for quick access to Sandy Hook Beach and Sea Bright. The home owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to our requests. We would stay here again if every in the area again.

Great communication and the property is exactly as advertised. The location is key. We didn’t even have to drive anywhere so much was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the convenience of walking to the Chubby Pickle local watering hole with a decent dinner menu and across the bridge to Sandy Hook. The kitchen had all we needed for some light cooking and coffee (we used k-cups and the standard drip maker). Larry has the absolute BEST check-in and check-out process! We'll definitely be getting one of his properties the next time we're in the area.

Great Place close to everything

Larry was a wonderful host. He went out of his way to accommodate us and from reading the other reviews it comes as no surprise. It's hard not to feel relaxed being so close to the water. Commenting on some of the other past reviews we read: The furniture was a bit dated on the first floor (dining table chairs, sofa) and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (coffee brewer, Keurig brewer, pots pans, silverware, cups, mugs, etc, oh, and an ice dispensing fridge(yay!)) The bedrooms were great and we found all the upstairs mattresses to be comfy as well (with plenty of pillows). TV's in all rooms and a convenient parking lot on site. Kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing right off the dock on the back of the house. Right next to one of the oldest restaurants in the US, Bahrs Landing, you also have to try the Proving Ground restaurant which is 30 seconds down the road and the rare mix of great ambiance/view and excellent food. (we had dinner there two nights in a row) Enjoy! - Party of Five.

Great place, great location. Property managers Gary & Larry are on it. Quick responses & very easy to work with. The home is spacious & I appreciate having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The views from the windows and balconies are awesome! On a clear day you can see the ocean & NY skyline. It's walkable to a number of restaurants/bars. Will definitely stay here again & again!
