Overall impressed with the property. The only thing that was challenging was the two bedroom concept with the location of the bathroom. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom while walking through a hallway that is open to everything to get to the bathroom.

Rooms were clean, full kitchen, nice setup for large group.

Location was perfect, clean and comfortable. Hosts live onsite, you hardly knew they were there. Will definitely book again if in the area.

My wife and I stayed with our Labrador Retriever at the Wilson property for eight weeks in the summer of 2022. The owners were great and made us feel right at home. The location was also perfect for us - we could take the dog to Fall Park or drive about 4 miles to Boyne City to visit Lake Charlevoix or Old City Park. The property was well laid out and felt just right on space. The owners had the kitchen well stocked with pot and pans, place settings, tableware, and even containers for storage of left overs. The property was very clean and had a window fan and portable air conditioner that made the humid days much more comfortable. The owners were very helpful in giving us ideas on where to spend free time including a surprisingly large farmers market every Wednesday and Saturday in Boyne City. In summary, it was a very enjoyable stay and our dog did not want to leave. Looking forward to visiting again. Jim and Joanne Costello
