Du kannst hier shoppen ( Einkaufscenter Hamburger Meile mit dem Bus 3 Minuten ) und Bars (Sky & Sand Bar) und Restaurants vorfinden. Alles direkt zu Fuss zu erreichen. Aufgrund der Lage ist die Alster in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und lädt euch zu einem romantischem Spaziergang ein.
Unsere Innenstadt, Museen und Musicals erreichst du ebenfalls in nur 5 Minuten per Bahn

• Because of corona my security cam in my hall/floor pointing on my entrance door. Permission from Airbnb is given because its not violating your privacy.
Dear guests, I have made now a lot of experiences and the experiences showed me, that 2 rules like be respectfull and responsible are not enough. Therefore I had to made clear and straight rules here to avoid misunderstandings. Therefore be so kind and take your time to read this rules and make sure, that your friends read them too, before you book, that we hopefully will not have any misunderstanding during your stay. Maybe these rules will sound a bit harsh for you but believe..Iam sorry to say this..the experience showed me..that this is the only way to host normal and nice people. If you are not gentle and not emphatic and trustfull, be so kind and book a different airbnb:)


1. I kindly inform you that loud noise, parties or any disturbance in the building is not in accordance with the regulations and is not allowed at anytime oft he day. Breaking this rule will lead to cancelation and you will loose your money or I will keep 300 € from your deposit.
2. The guest takes financial responsibility for anyone under this reservation and for any damage which occurs to the apartment or its furnishings during his or her stay.
3. Strangers are not allowed in the apartment. That means just those who booked are allowed to come in and stay. No one else. DON`T invite your friends from Hamburg even it`s just for 1 minute or just bringing the lugguage upstairs. They have to wait outside/downstairs for you. If you want, that they will be able to come with you, pay for them. Breaking this rule and not telling me zhat your friends have been there will cost you 50 € even they didnt stayed overnight. Adding more guests for normal price is possible when you inform me 1 day before.
4. No Service pets (No Dogs,no cats) => will lead to cancelation and you will loose your money. If your friend will visit you with a pet, this will cause 50€ extra cleaning. doesn`t matter how long the pet stayed inside the apartment.
5. No bikes, no children bikes, no wheel chair => will lead to cancelation and you will loose your
6. Early check in or check out has to be discussed with me 24 h before and will cost extra charge. If you are looking the door and leaving the apartment, the cleaning lady will inform Airbnb and will open the door after 11 am and will put your bags outside on your own responsibility.
7. CERO tolerance for smoking and marihuana. You are even not allowed to smoke outside the window. Because iam non smoker I can smell it. Go always outside the apartment and smoke there. If you will smoke inside my room or my apartment, the charge for each room you violated with cigarette smoke: will be 70 €.
8. The culture and tourism tax has to be paid extra on top by check in. Each person for each stayed night 1 €.
9. Every unexpected delay of check out: 20 € for every started hour
10. Disturbing my neighbours or my other Airbnb guests by loud music or your behaviour (because of aggresivness, beeing drunk, beeing dirty, Party) leads immdeiatly to cancelation. If this disturbing is made and my Neighbours are calling me to solve this with you personally = 50 € charge.

Groups of just adults, who are coming just for 2 or 3 days over the weekend have to pay the deposit of 500 € 3 days before arriving through the airbnb mediation center. After the check out the deposit of 500 € will be retransfered by airbnb mediationcenter if you left everything fine and without trouble. When you leave as group without any troubles to me and to my neighboursyou will recieve this deposit back. If you have violated one of these rules like damaging my furniture, making Party, inviting more people without letting me know,smoking or anything else what makes a damage to me, my business and furniture, then I will keep these amounts from your deposit.
