The house is very spacious and well equipped with first rate appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice! The 70inch tv in the living room is great! We had a problem with the fireplace not working properly and the owner tried very hard to find someone to repair it. He was very nice and concerned.

This property was perfect for nine adults who were in Highlands for a family wedding. The layout of the home and the fact that each bedroom has an attached bathroom made it great for several adults to get ready for a wedding. Home was very well stocked with everything we needed!

This is a lovely, spacious home in the Highlands Falls area. Great for a large family. Very convenient to downtown Highlands (about a 7 minute drive). Large outdoor deck with BBQ, lounges and dining table is wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great walking area too. Owner, Larry, is very responsive to questions and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this property.

There were 6 of us staying for long weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The house was very large and we used the 4 large beds but could have comfortably had another 4 people as there is a large bunk bed downstairs and a double twin on the 2nd floor we didn’t touch. The weather was mostly rain and cold so we definitely made full use of the house. The master bedroom and bath are very large and the shower had great pressure. Cooked most of our meals at home. Enjoyed the grill on the deck, the hot tub (which takes over 24 hours to heat up), the gas fireplace and just lounging around in the living room. We did a number of local hikes - the waterfalls were raging because of the rain and the ridge hike where the Mountain views were mostly shrouded in fog, but made for some cool effects. Larry was a great host and made sure everything was in order and gave some good local tips. Highlands was very busy but cute and we walked around visiting some of the shops. There is a good choice of dining establishments if you want to eat out but found it somewhat crowded and opted to eat home mostly. The home is in an upscale golf community that is gated and very secure. Would love to visit in the warmer months when you could use the decks and outside more.

Very spacious and comfortable house in a great location only a few short minutes to downtown Highlands. Larry, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is absolutely gorgeous! Its located in a very quiet neighborhood, less that 5 minutes from downtown Highlands. The owner was very helpful in any questions or recommendations that we asked. I just wished we could have stayed longer!! We look forward to returning soon!!!!!

The house and location were great and just as advertised. The extras such as the baby crib and high chair and the hot tub were fabulous.

My friends and I had a wonderful visit to Highlands. Staying in Highlands Falls Country Club made the experience even better than I had imagined. The neighborhood is a gated golf course community, and the grounds are absolutely picture perfect. The Falcon Ridge house is the perfect place to stay being very close to town, yet private and very quiet and relaxing. We had a group of four people stay but the house can accommodate much larger groups. It’s a very comfortable space. Larry the owner is a very conscientious host. He checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. He is very helpful if you have any questions about the area and things to do during your stay. My favorite place to hang out was the incredible porch just off the main living area. Coffee in the morning was so peaceful. You can hear the sound of water not far off in the distance. It was also the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon rain storm after we did some hiking at a couple of the local waterfalls. There’s even a jacuzzi on the lower patio to help relax after a hike, or just to chill out. The house has everything you need to enjoy it just like it was your own. The pantry is available if you forgot to pick something up at the store. The bed linens are fresh and comfortable. Plenty of towels too. Enjoy your stay in Highlands at this wonderful home!

This house was very large and housed my family very comfortably. The owner was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend staying here !

This property was perfect for our family of ten. The weather did not co-operate, but it was no big deal since there was so much to do in this beautiful home. The 3 teenagers loved the X-Box downstairs and the 8-year old really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is beautifully furnished, bedding is comfortable and the kitchen has new appliances and is well supplied. The community is lovely and feels very safe with its gated entrance. Our host, Larry, made us feel welcome and gave us the feeling he wanted us to enjoy our visit. We didn't have to ask for anything because everything we needed was provided. I would definitely recommend this home to others and hope we can come to Highlands and stay there again..

Our family really enjoyed this home! It's very comfortable with an en-suite bath for every bedroom and three separate heating-cooling zones (my parents really liked having their own level so they could set the temp. warmer than everyone else!) The kitchen/living area was large enough for all 10 of us to gather comfortably. The hot tub was nice after a day of hiking or shopping. The location is ideal in a gated community only a few minutes from downtown Highlands. Larry was also excellent to work with!

We had a wonderful time. Four couples so enjoyed each having our own bathroom. Amply stocked with anything you might need, although we didn’t need to use any of it. Had problems with hot tub but owner responded quickly and problem was resolved. You could sleep at least 12 or more. Highly recommend.

Seriously great accommodations! Larry is top notch and makes sure your stay is the best! We came into town for a wedding and it was the perfect location to get to downtown quickly without staying downtown. Larry had great suggestions in our welcome email and really goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The house was super clean, comfortable and well stocked! Will definitely return to Highlands for a getaway and stay at this location again! Thanks Larry!

This is a beautiful home and well laid out for a larger family. The downstairs level was perfect for children to enjoy themselves while adults could enjoy themselves upstairs. The sleeping in all bedrooms was extremely comfortable. Mr Ramirez was quick to respond to any questions we had. If and when we return to this area we would absolutely rent this home again.

This home is beautiful in and out. VERY well stocked with soap, towels, coffee, shampoo and paper products. Guard gate provide a very safe environment. Five Star look throughout the home. Larry is extremily responsive and will help with anything you ask. A few thoughts for planning. The roads are full of cruves so watch close for the trun off the state road. Very tricky at night driving the roads. The 5th bedroom is a small loft with a trundle bed and a twin. IT has a door and a private bath. The master is FIRST CLASS. Two bedrooms down the hall have private baths and beautiful.. The downstairs is a walkout basement with a 2nd master bedroom. Very large and away from the rest of the bedrooms. Very private.. Large TV room downstairs and a great TV on the main level. The home is in the valley and does not have a view however the deck is HUGE and very enjoyable. Downtown is 3.5 miles from the house and 2.5 miles from the gate. Many great shops and places to eat. Thak you Larry for a great stay
