Hi, overall my stay was very nice. The apartment is exactly how it is advertised. It has everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and for the 2 of us it was absolutely no problem that it had no dishwasher. The kitchen appliances and the cookware is of very good quality, the icemaker was great. The view from the balcony is amazing day and night. The location was exactly what we wanted, close to Hilton village and the beach. Overall, amazing holiday and a great stay, thank you.

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location. We didn't need a car as everything we needed was within walking distance. Management was responsive to our every need. It is in a busy area so there is some street noise but the view of Diamond Head and the water was lovely. The wrap around deck was spacious.

Nice place but not as clean as you would expect
We enjoyed the condo but found some areas not as clean as you would think it should be. Would love to stay again but just wished it was closer to the heart of Waikiki.

The picture is exactly like it looks....now. When we arrived the hanging light was pulled off, repaired the next day. The lanai lights were permanently on, switch problem. The table in the picture wobbled about 3 inches and was completely unusable. Nothing was going to done to fix these until I called the representative and asked to have the repairman to come out and fix them. Both were done the next day. We had 2 days of no water (building maintenance) and two days of no air conditioning (maintenance. Security personnel at the front door were superb. They were super friendly and helpful at all times. There is a strange remote for the TV and you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. The view is as awesome as it looks in the pictures and the sound of the police, firetruck and ambulance sirens are loud and clear.

We had a wonderful stay for the month. The views are incredible; the walkability to Waikiki is a great plus. The condo has been renovated and is clean and elegant. It looks exactly like the pictures! The management is responsive and prompt in their follow up.

A special thank you to Captain Cook Resorts and the owner of Canterbury Place #36D. The condo was amazing! Canterbury Place #36D was truly a home away from home. It was everything we had hoped for and more. Captain Cook’s Staff and the management of Canterbury Place were all extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone in the building was very kind and respectful to us. The condo is exactly what was at pictured and we did not have any unpleasant surprises. The unit was clean and well maintained. I hope whoever rents this unit in the future treats it with the respect and care it deserves. We cannot wait to stay at Canterbury Place #36D again! 5+ Stars!!
We loved Oahu and we cannot wait to return to the great state of Hawaii.

Condo rental includes parking (a major plus!) and is within walking distance to Waikiki, Ala Moana Park and several points of interest. Property has 24-hour security and is well appointed with top quality appliances and furniture. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely choose this condo again when we return. 5-Stars!

We spent all of April in 36D. From the moment we opened the door to the unit, we knew we were in for a treat! Sprawling views of Waikiki, Downtown and Diamondhead greeted us upon our arrival. The trade winds quickly cooled the unit down at night when we turned off the ac and just opened the double sliding lanai doors instead. The kitchen had everything we needed, as well as chairs, an umbrella and snorkels to use when we needed. The room was immaculate. Our children absolutely loved having their own beds and often sat watching the sunset after a long day in the sun. The staff were incredibly friendly and we got to know all of them on a first name based over our month long stay. They made us feel at home the entire trip. The pool was in perfect condition, as was the sauna and hot tub. It doesn’t get a lot of sun until after 1:45pm, but that is actually a good thing if you want your kids to enjoy swimming without putting on tanning lotion all day. We can’t wait to stay here again! 5+ Stars!!
