Dies ist eine sehr geräumige zweistöckige Einheit mit einem großen Wohn- / Esszimmer, Küche, Waschküche und Bad im ersten Stock, 2 mittelgroßen Schlafzimmern, großem Hauptschlafzimmer und Bad im zweiten Stock. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Lake Merritt, allen Geschäften in der Grand Ave. und Lakeshore Ave. (Trader Joes, Safeway, CVS, gute Restaurants, Bars und Cafés). Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr sicheren Gegend. Viel der Straße parken, „Casual Mitfahrzentrale“ zur Verfügung zu SF, 2 Blocks vom Bus, Bus zum BART Zug zur Verfügung. Groß für Ihre ganze Familie oder große Gruppen.

The location is convenient and within walking distance of Grand Ave and Lakeshore and everything those have to offer.
Regarding communication, we had a problem with our bathroom sink faucet and the host was very quick to respond. However, they didn't tell us there would be painters looking into our windows on Saturday morning, which would have been appreciated.
The walls to one of the bedrooms is thin enough to pick up whatever happens in the adjacent apartment, and likely vice versa -- beware!
As of today's date, the written description says 2BR but the "rooms and beds" info from VRBO says 3BR / sleeps: 9, with 1.5 baths. Just to be clear, there are only 2BR, and only one bathroom. In this configuration, it sleeps 4 in the 2BR and maybe 2 on a couch and futon in the living room.

729 Rand was a great place for our family. As our party of 6 was all adults, it was nice to have plenty of space. We were all very comfortable and happy with our stay. There is a nice big living room where we could all spend time together. The location is great with lots nearby. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and needs!

The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. It’s a short walk to plenty of shopping and restaurants and a short Uber ride to the BART.

Wonderful home, wonderful hosts!
Laysin and Joe were so very helpful with every question I had. Super responsive. The house was perfect for out needs. We will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay, the home was comfortable and worked well for us. We enjoyed meeting Laysin, the owner. The street was quiet. Parking was not a major hassle as we were always able to find a spot within a block or so.

This stay was great, loved every minute of it. Parking was a slight annoyance, but worth the stay.
