적당한 위치. 깔끔한 인테리어. 온수가 잘 나옴. 베란다가 있음.
살짝 방이 좁다고 느낌. 냐아~ 같은 이상한 소리가 지속적으로 남. 세탁기 문이 완전히 망가져서 복도를 지나다닐 때 매우 불편했음. 변기 물 내리는 것을 세게 돌리지 않으면 덜 내려갈 수 있음. 커튼을 완전히 젖힐 수가 없어 환기할 때 불편했음. 베란다 가는 길이 유일한 창문이라고 볼 수 있는데 방충망이 없어서 환기를 하려고 하면 벌레가 들어올까봐 불안에 떨어야 함. 엘리베이터를 기다리고 있는데 앞에서 바퀴벌레가 갑자기 툭 떨어져서 매우 불쾌하고 당황했음.

我們提早抵達飯店,服務人員也提早於12點讓我們入住,非常貼心。地點很好,離黑門市場很近,地鐵站也很方便,廚房設備,洗衣機一應俱全,更貼心附贈洗衣精柔軟精。
住宿兩天,沒有提供更換毛巾。

The room is not exactly like the photos, but it has enough space for me to open three suitcases (two 29-inch and one 22-inch). The room features a separate bathroom and toilet, a small kitchen, a washing machine, and a bedroom. I like that the bathroom has a heater, so towels and clothes can dry overnight. The hairdryer works well, and the kitchen comes with pots and pans. The location is superb, with a subway station nearby and it's very close to the くろいもんいちば. There's also a 7-11 convenience store downstairs!
I feel that the bed is too soft, and I wake up with backaches and soreness. I suggest having an additional full-length mirror outside so that two people can use it without fighting for the bathroom mirror. Also, there is only one set of keys for the room, which may not be convenient if we have separate itineraries

I liked how Dotonbori was a walking distance from the property! There was also a 24h laundromat nearby, which was useful for us since we used the washing machine in the room. There were also 2 metro stations within walking distance which made it very convenient for us. The staff was really friendly as well. Will recommend this property to those who’s visiting this area.

Great location and the apartment is well-equipped. Good choice for a longer stay. Beds were comfy and we had a good rest.
The bedroom was so small that we had to place one of our suitcases on the balcony. Not enough sockets and light sources, and the floor was dusty.

Big room if comparing with other, good location near by Kuromon market, next to 7-11 and easy to accesss transport and reasonable price. Quiet area.
Staff was great and willing to help.
Some dusty and some noice from bedding while sleep when move. and could offer cleaning every 2-3 days because we've stayed 6 nights should get at least 1 time cleaning. No need to daily but need some.

The location was really convenient. The building and rooms were relatively clean. The shower room was large and could be used to dry your clothes with the provided laundry machine in the room. An extra bed was provided, though the double bed was more than enough for us.
Though it was clean, the room felt really empty and unfurnished. The walls were just plain white, the table was a folding table and the small tv sat on an even tinier bedside stand.

My family loves the location, it's very very close to Kuromon Fish Market about 3 mins walk where we had breakfast every day. Nearby has 7-eleven and lawson, many tourist places are close by and only 5-10mins drive. Parking is just below but needs to pay, $15-$17 max. There's a balcony too and our stay on the highest floor! But the room is not very big for 6 adults we felt as there's only 1 separate room with 2 double beds. The sliding door can be opened. Thankfully there are 2 foldable beds available too. The host says there is one more mattress but we can't find them. There's sofa and smart tv... perhaps consider a big room for a such good location in Osaka! We check-in very late at night but no issues, key location is easily retrieved and checked in tmr morning when the host is available. Good stay!
No ice in the freezer, only providing enough towels and no extra, have to move tables and chairs away for the placement of extra beds. that's why room is small for more than 4 adults.

Location, appt type, appt was clean. Shampoo and bath gel provided was great.
Front desk only available from 10am to 5pm. Room was very cramp after we put down the extra bed provided. Other than bedroom, the bathroom, kitchen etc was a bit cold in winter.

The location is very good. Next to 7-Eleven (with drinks, bread, cakes, steam pau, fried chicken, chicken sticks and misc daily needs).
1-2 minutes to Kuromon. (with many fresh sashimi, oysters, abalone, sea urchin and the raw tuna 'Odoro' is delicious.
2-3 minutes walk to Nipponbashi Kintetsu station for Nara visit (570 yen per way).
5 minutes walk to Bic Camera Mall to purchase Hanshin Tourist Pass to Kobe (this One Day Pass for tourist at 500 yen only allow unlimited ride, hop on and off along the Hanshin line inbetween Namba, Umeda and Kobe) *must bring along passport to purchase it as this special rate is for tourist only*
8-10 minutes walk to Nankai Namba station, only 930 yen (non-reserved seat) to Kansai Airport (KIX).
* Same Namba area here there are Nankai line, Nanshin line, JR.
Lastly, great water pressure, great water heater, super nice shampoo.
Due to covid situation, the counter dont open, but they will give instructions through message, where to get your room key, and you may get advice where to drop the key upon check out.
*Although now I would consider quite convenient. But I was little lost during first day of arrival.
Note 1: Next to the appartment's main entrance only written 'PG KURO', other than that you can't find the name PG Kuroman.
Note 2: It is nearer to Nipponbashi Kintetsu station exit 8.
