Sehr gute Lage, Sauberkeit

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut, alles in der Nähe, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeitens öffentliches Verkehr.

Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren zu fünft in einem Zimmer mit großen Doppelbetten, und es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – alle waren unglaublich lieb, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten richtig viel Spaß. Auch die Lage war einfach perfekt!

Es gab nichts, was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

What I liked most about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. They were polite and kind throughout our stay, and when we told them that we were not satisfied with our first room, they listened to our complaint and kindly offered us another room. The second room was much better than the first one. It was bigger, had more space, and was noticeably cleaner, which made our stay much more comfortable. I also liked that the room was cleaned every day and that the service was generally good. Another thing I really liked was the location. The hotel is in a very convenient area and is close to many different types of public transport, including the metro, tram, bus, and boat. This made it very easy for us to get around the city and visit different places. The hotel is also within walking distance of many attractions, and Hagia Sophia is only about a 10-minute walk away. Because of the location, we did not have to spend much time travelling to the main sights. Overall, I was happy with the way the staff handled our problem and with the service we received after changing rooms. The second room was comfortable, the daily cleaning was good, and the location was one of the best things about the hotel.

The biggest problem was the first room we were given. Unfortunately, it did not look as good as it did in the photos and was quite disappointing when we arrived. The ceilings were very low, which made the room feel smaller and less comfortable. Parts of the ceiling were damaged and looked as if there had been a water leak or flooding from the room above. Some of the trim was also coming off, which made the room look poorly maintained. There were also some smaller problems with the furniture. The drawers did not close properly, which was inconvenient and made the room feel less well maintained. The bathroom was another issue because there was an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to use. Luckily, after we complained to the staff, they moved us to another room, and the second room was much better. However, I think the first room should have been checked and maintained before guests were given the room. The other issue we experienced was the Wi-Fi. Sometimes the connection was quite bad and unreliable, which was inconvenient, especially when we needed to use the internet. Apart from the Wi-Fi and the problems with the first room, we did not have any other major issues during our stay.

The location is awesome, very near to Tram station and eateries. All major attractions are at walking distance.The rooms are good and toilets are clean.

It is good for solo travelers, the facilities are bit old , the furniture and other stuff are not well maintained. There were marks of bed bugs .
