The view is stunning! The place was so beautiful we wish we didn't have to leave!

First time we pulled up to the property, we were a little nervous. The outside building needs a little work but once inside our room....nothing compares to that view!! Full size windows in the living room and the bedroom of the beaitiful ocean. Absolutely amazing!! The condo was quaint, cozy, and clean. Everything we needed was inside, even different beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler for the beach right across the street. Two little restaurants in the building for an easy lunch spot while on the beach or to grab a pina colda to take back to the beach. Building was very well secured, staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and a couple shops for souvenirs within walking distance. If we ever come back, I would definitely stay here again just for the picture perfect view alone!!

This unit isn very thing as advertised. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. The views are perfect and being so close to the beach was so convenient. The beach is also one of the nicest we have been on…totally beautiful! We had no issues and we HIGHLY recommend anyone considering a trip to Puerto Rico, should definitely look at staying at this condo.

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We’ve had a great time. The only down side, it was pretty far everywhere we wanted to go. Spent fortune for Uber. Would definitely visit again, but maybe closer to excursions.

We had a wonderful stay at this Beach Condo, which was also close to our pick up/s for Rain Forest Tour, Swimming through Caves and Cliff Jumping and Snorkeling. Walking distance to great restaurants and stores. Beautiful view!

This condo is in a fabulous location steps away from Isle Verde Beach, our favorite. The condo was clean and spacious. The view of the beach is nice. The new sliding windows allowed for fresh air and the window a/c units worked great. There is a nice pool and deck for sunning on the ground level. The building is nice with relatively fast elevators, a nice pool, and security. The property owner and management company were communicative and easy to deal with. You can easily Uber to any place you want to go. We enjoyed the stay very much and we will return. Thanks so much!

Perfect location, just as listed. The unit overall was plenty for three of us. The kitchen was plenty spacious, the living area was good but the location was key!! My only downside of our stay were the pillows!! We were provided with beach towels as well as a cooler, although maybe a beach blanket for a family.... The grocery store was a short 10 minute walk and there is a CVS (24hr) on the corner. We chose to buy our breakfast and lunch goods and ate out for dinner. There is an informative binder with helpful phone numbers and suggestions. I would not recommend Metropol for dinner. Our experience was awful. We had some difficulty with the bus as we didn't know you needed .75$ in coins only to ride, so we cabbed it to San Juan. Otherwise, we will consider for another stay. Thank you for having us :)

The condo building in which this apartment is located is very, very old. That being said the apartment is very spacious and comfortable for two people. The location and views are amazing.! Both the living room and bedroom have large sliding glass windows from which you look out on the beach and ocean. We only had the air-conditioner on for the first afternoon after which we left the windows open during the day when we were there and again at night and let the cool breeze come in and listen to the ocean. When you left the building you had to walk about 5 steps and you were n the beach. The owner of the apartment thought of everything you would need for a weeks stay there including toiletries, cleaning supplies, beach chairs and umbrella. I most also note the apartment is super clean. We had a small issue and she got back to me and had it corrected immediately. The management company is also very responsive. It was a great stay also there is a very nice beach restaurant underneath the condo on the beachside. Great stay. Thank you Jennifer and Tania.

The apartment was small but comfortable with a great view to the ocean from high above, and the lobby is just steps from the beach. The pots and kitchenware was of good quality. The checkin process was a bit complicated; you call, they buzz you and you need to run from the small front gate to the door otherwise you need to call again, and they might be driving so you need to wait. Once you're in, the instructions via text are clear on how to get to the apt. and you get the beeper for the car, and the keys. My husband waited for me down on the street with the car. It would have been useful if they texted you the parking # which is not the same as the apt# or the code#, it's written in the binder upstairs and on the keys with tiny font. It would be great if they wrote it on the Beeper too. The whole process took 1 hr, but after that we could enjoy our stay. The area is very close to Pueblo Supermarket, Walgreens, CVS , USPS, and many restaurants. Even though is on the 9th floor you can still hear the cars below, but we closed the window. The internet speed is excellent for working including videoconferencing.

We loved this cute condo. It was the perfect size for us and had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. Any questions we asked the owner, was immediately taken care of. Her responses we well understood and quick! We had a cable box go bad during our stay and within a few hours had it replaced. The place itself was very close to the airport and the windows to both the bedrooms and living area - looked out directly to the beach! The breeze during the day was amazing when we had the windows open. The 'pre' information sent was so helpful AND there was a very detailed notebook with things in the area to do, and places to go. We found this rental to be exactly as described. Easy checkin/checkout process. Very secure but easy to come and go as we pleased. Kitchen was adequate for cooking. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Nice shower and hot water. Great wi-fi. The little library of books was a very nice plus for us. We were easily within walking distance to many restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hijole and the frozen margaritas!! We chose not to rent a car but did Uber if it was too far to walk--but we did walk to many restaurants. The management was very responsive to any questions. The only downside/frustration was that there was no way to access the washing machines during the week we stayed. This is difficult when you plan to do laundry part way through the trip! However it was a problem with the entire building--NOT an isolated issue with our rental Other than that everything was great!

I've been renting this property for about 5 years. We love it here..

We had a very good time at this perfectly located property. The check in process was week communicated. Apartment was clean and right at the beach as described. There were 3 restaurants in the same building offering variety of good food and excellent service (shout out to Eva at El Alhambic Beach Lounge). Place was also well stocked with soap, TP, towels etc. Would love to rent out again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, quiet and literally right on the beach. You can’t beat a condo that has sliding windows that open right onto the ocean, letting it the warm sea air. The beach itself is beautiful and clean, with lounge chairs and umbrellas available to rent each day at an affordable price. This stay was exactly what we were looking for for our winter break getaway.

The gorgeous view and being right on the beach make this a perfect location. The condo is cute and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. I cannot recommend more highly! See you next year!

Jennifer units were clean and she provided a lot of extra amenities such as…. Beach chairs and towels, games, cleaning supplies and bedding. She was very responsive. She also provided free parking for one of the units. I will definitely stay there again. The view was facing the beach. It was nice. She had two property managers. Judith was great in responding back to any questions or concerns the other gentleman which I don’t remember his name did poorly with responding to text. Moving forward Jennifer’s unit gets thumbs up for me.

My wife found this condo on VRBO for our summer family vacation trip, two adults and two kids. The condo has an ocean front view of the beach. The Marco Polo Company sent a text with precise instructions on how to gain access to the condo. The communication was prompt with the owner of the condo and the Marco Polo Company. But, the VRBO site was missing information on the details of the condo. You are provided with enough essentials to last one or two days. For example the condo only provides 2 rolls of toilet paper. I've stayed in VRBO property where they provide essentials to last a week. The ocean front view was good, but the windows could use a little TLC cleaning. The curtains should be blackout curtains to block out the morning sun. They provide basic cable with the option to rent movies. Bring your own firestick or Roku box to stream movies for down times. The Bluetooth Stereo system does not function. I followed all the instructions carefully and still couldn't get it to work. The guest from 1/24/22 through 1/28/22 stated the same issue in the House Book maintained at the condo. The furniture needs updating. The bathroom and kitchen looks like it was remodeled a few years ago. The bathroom shower is about 2 feet wide and 4 feet long. The bath towels are in good condition. They do provide beach essentials, 3 beach towels, 4 unusable rusty beach chairs and one damaged beach umbrella. The security Jessy was professional and polite at check in. She showed us around the property. The pool is pretty big. Be forewarned you are asked to turn off the a/c when you head out and be prepared to come back to a hot condo. Overall our stay was about average compared to other VRBO properties, but we made the best of it. P.S. Bring ear plugs for the party busses that may show up at 2 in the morning blaring music in front of the beach.
