This 2 bedroom home was perfect for us as we like to cook and it had a full kitchen and BBQ off covered deck. It's also very close to downtown so we could easily walk to restaurants and Saturday Farmer's Market. Would definitely recommend, especially as we got a discount for staying for 8 nights which made if economical for 2.

Our favorite part of the property was the covered deck on the back where we could sit and enjoy our breakfast, a refreshment or have a nap in the sun which we did one day. Bathroom and Kitchen were nice and clean. House temperature was great. Easy to walk to the beach, good coffee shop and restaurant.

Our overall experience was above our expectations! No problems at all! From beginning to end Craig was and excellent communicator. Excellent location very central for all our needs. Easy walking to the beach and downtown for the farmers market. My husband golfed and it was a short drive to the golf course. Also walking distance wasn’t so bad. House was very charming excellent air conditioning considering we stayed at the hottest days of the year. Enough room in the 2 bedrooms and very comfortable beds! The living room was excellent after a long day to come home and relax on the large couch and watch a movie. The kitchen provided everything we needed for our day to day meals. The kitchen nook was great in the mornings to have the sunshine in while we were eating breakfast and coffee and planning our day. The back deck was wonderful to relax on very private Would be perfect for smaller gatherings! Loved the lighting and curtain provided a nice atmosphere when sitting out there in the evenings. Overall it has all the convenience we needed for our stay. Even having a washer and dryer was nice. I just can’t say enough of this place! It was so great it made our vacation one of the best ones yet! Definitely will be on top of my list for place to stay when we come to penticton! Which we do every year Since the past 20 years! Just to bad I didn’t find this location sooner! Thank you!

The location was good, walking distance to downtown and Okanagan Lake. Street was quiet for the most part. The house was ok, however it was not very clean. The floor needed to be washed as our feet were black from walking on it. Dust bunnies in the corners and coming out of the air vents, furniture is old and not very comfortable. Washer and dryer were very old and the dryer sounded like a garbage truck running outside - both appliances need upgrading. Yard was very nice however, lawn furniture was pretty dirty. We had friends over and used the yard furniture but had to vacuum off the deck and furniture first. Overall the house was ok but lacked in areas.

Only issue was the use of scent emitting devices. A scent free property would be appreciated by those who have sensitivity to perfumes and scents produced unnaturally.

We really enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental. The house was even more spacious than we expected and the location was perfect for us - close to hockey, biking, and walking around town. We would stay here again.

The residence was absolutely perfect and the perfect location for what we needed. The house was exactly what we wanted and as soon as you entered you felt relaxed. It was very comfortable and everything was well supplied. No doubt about going back next year.
