The apartment is incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, and two terraces that make it feel more like a home than a rental. From the moment we arrived, the thoughtful touches made all the difference: beach towels for the whole family, coffee for the machine, and even a bottle of water to start the holiday. But it was the little things that truly set this place apart. The shopping trolley made trips to Mercadona effortless, especially when bringing back heavier items. The rucksacks were perfect for a day at Siam Park. These details showed real care for guests’ comfort. A huge part of what made Mare Verde feel like home was Lorna’s Pool Bar, where Pete, Lorna, and Reagan created such a welcoming atmosphere that you felt like part of the community. And when we had a communication issue due to a missing mobile, Constantine was incredibly understanding and helpful. If you want to experience Tenerife as though you own a place there, this is exactly where you should stay. Families with younger children will love the multiple pool areas, each with different depths and even balls to play with. The location is unbeatable—not just for the amenities on site, but for the beautiful restaurants right on your doorstep. B12 Mare Verde isn’t just accommodation; it’s a lifestyle. L' appartamento era pulito e la ragazza Irina è stata carinissima a farci lasciare i bagagli molto prima dell' orario del check in, inoltre super fornitissima la cucina, la lavatrice l abbiamo molto apprezzata, c erano anche le capsule con il detersivo, l arredamento è abbastanza nuovo ed essenziale ma carino, le terrazze , specialmente quella del reparto giorno, erano grandissime e fornite, c era persino il caminetto murato per grigliate! Nel ripostiglio ombrelli da sole, da pioggia, zainetti, seggiolone, aspirapolvere, scarpette da scoglio, racchette per le camminate insomma fornitissimo! La posizione vicinissima a tutto, il mare poi playa de torviscas era a 10 minuti a piedi, la piscina favolosa! Quando torno a Tenerife tornerò sicuramente in questo appartamento!

L unico appunto che devo fare è che dovrebbe essere specificato che il divano letto è piccolo e corto, quindi una persona più alta di 1,70 non c entra o meglio deve mettersi di traverso a dormire. Per il resto tutto ok

NOISE! I should have been warned about the building work being carried out in the basement directly underneath our apartment! Not what you go on holiday for, having to listen to Jack hammers,drills, cement mixers, hammering and dust everywhere, and builders talking all day. My wife and I, both elderly, late 70s,go on holiday to relax and enjoy the sunshine and peace and quiet, that did not happen. Had to stay out of the apartment all day! Also, this apartment is located right next to the main road, which is very busy and also very noisy. I certainly won't be going back again.
