Es gibt viel Speicherplatz. Voller Schrank im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben einen kleinen Fernsehbildschirm hinzugefügt, der in den Schlafzimmern nur DVDs abspielt. Es gibt kein Kabel ohne Kabel in den Schlafzimmern.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Nancy & Yves' condo. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was just right, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The only thing I found missing was a few food storage containers, but I easily improvised. The condo is across the street from the tram road, which we would walk up and back most mornings for some great exercise. The wildflowers were blooming, so made it even better.
This was our first time in Palm Springs. There is so much to do! My husband would drop me off in town, while he went golfing, so I explored the town - the artwork, shops, museums, neighborhoods, and people. There is so much history there! We also went on some great hikes in the area.

Comfortable spot in warm Palm Springs.
We like this property. The condo is well lit, and has a nice amount of table space for doing projects. Convenient location. Lovely hot tub and nice sitting area around the pool.

We’ve stayed here before, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The pool water is a good temperature, and the hot tub is always relaxing. It’s a short drive to the main downtown, and there’s a deli across the street if you want to stay in. One thing I love about this place is the table that opens up, and the good lighting above the table. (We like doing projects at a table).

We’ve stayed here before, and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The pool water is a good temperature, and the hot tub is always relaxing. Nancy and Yves were the best
I was in the process of moving down here. The condo is in a great location in the north end. Close to good restaurants. Try Larry's deli. The condo is extremely quiet yet close to everything. I was lucky enough to spend a month there. I would highly reccomend this as a great vacation or if you are in town on business you can't beat it.

Clean, easy parking, close to downtown, safe. Owners were very easy to work with. The only negative was the outside patio lacking privacy.

This was a great place to stay, perfect location. Every thing you need is provided. The communication with Ivey and Nancy was excellent. When ever I go back To Palm Springs, I hope their place is available.

Quiet and clean
This property was great! Easily accessible, and in a quiet area. The property manager was super nice. It is a little bit on the outskirts of Palm Springs but overall was great. My wife and I would highly recommend it!

The area is beautiful & well maintained. Having the different pool options was great!
The condo is very nice. The bathroom could use some updating & the cleaning of it could be brought up a notch or 2. (The towels are not fresh as they too are not being cleaned properly)

Nice place, clean, convenient, easy to stay at
THis is a remote location from the downtown Palm Springs (well, it is a really small town, so about 5-10 min drive to downtown), however the complex is quite nice, there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi outdoors, it is close to the tram, a must see there. Ample parking. Very thought through unit, nice kitchen with a lot of supplies, like oil, spices, etc. Big closet, big TV and small TV in the bedroom. A small outdoor patio. We would stay there again, and we recommend the unit.

Great place and we hope to return!
It was perfectly located for us as we were within a 10 - 15 minute drive from most of the Palm Springs activities we wanted to do. The condo/apartment is a bit small (but definitely big enough for 2 people). It was clean, had absolutely everything we needed and the price was right! Nancy and Yves, the owners, were extremely helpful with everything. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! If you are looking for a clean apartment, not too far from downtown Palm Springs that has all of the amenities you could hope for and that won't break the bank - this place is it!

The condo was just as described. Very clean!
The condo was well stocked with the essentials. The owners were communicative making sure my needs were met upon my arrival. Other than the tablesaw from the construction going on right outside, two doors down, 2.5 days I was there the building was quiet and the people I met very nice. Pool was clean as well! Thank you for the use of your lovely condo. I recommend the sandwiches at Larry’s accross the street!

Clean and Cozy!
Nancy and Yves were so easy to work with. Their place being a bit away from downtown was nice and quiet. The deli/liquor store across the street was the best find ever. Loved the sandwiches and such wonderful people. Easy access to HWY 111 and so close to the tram.

Nice small condo within reach of many attractions.
Small, one bedroom condo with one window and a glass patio door, both facing East. 4x6 ground level cement patio. Easy to find and great secure parking. Cable, very good WiFi and amply stocked kitchen with nice glasses, dishes and supplies. Very warm and gracious host met us on time. Numerous pools and hot tubs throughout the various buildings with the closest one only minutes away. Fantastic deli across the busy street. Minutes from Tram and 10 minutes by car to the center of Palm Springs. Coin operated laundry facilities next door, used only by residents. 15 minutes from airport, so location and basic setting and accommodation is good and safe.
Difficult to make the bedroom dark at night due to outdoor lighting and curtain style. Hot water takes ten minutes to reach kitchen, making the necessary after meal cleanup problematic ( no dishwasher). Owner is aware of this problem and it affects many units. Hot water to bathroom shower/tub reasonably quick with enough for two showers. Overall, we enjoyed our seven day stay, and made a point to be out and about to visit the sites. Highly recommend Zin American Bistro (and their wild mushroom soup), Larry’s Deli and Liquor, Miros Restaurant and Spencer’s, of course.

Lovely stay in this well equipped condo
It's in a quiet area near the Tramway/Visitor Centre, 8 mins drive to downtown. Yves answered all my questions promptly, great service. Condo has some updates, has lots of kitchen & bathroom essentials, which makes it very convenient. Parking just right outside the door, nice heated pools.

Great location and just what we needed for our weekend getaway!
We came for a nice little getaway. It was a lovely place and great location. Easy to access downtown and the highway. Loved the pool and hot tub!

Great condo, great location.
The owners care and it shows in the little things they provide. We had a great 9 days. The area is beautiful and it is a couple miles to downtown, but we walked all the way there and back and had a nice day doing it. The pool and hot tub is nice and we spent some great time in the sun with a number of other "holiday couples".
