Gathering here while my son was on leave, was a perfect location & accommodations. We could have spent every moment just taking in the view! The beach access was wonderful. We were cozy but not cramped & had such a great time playing games, cooking & relaxing together in comfort. Thank you!

We loved this house. Lots of great space, we had 10 people. The beach access is steep but connected to the house directly. And the views are amazing!! The kitchen is just a little small and there are only 2 bathrooms, but we made it work. We also loved the hot tub! We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Celebrated my 70th birthday with family here. The large windows facing the ocean gave us incredible ocean views and sunsets. Easy access to the beach and home was well stocked with everything we needed. I loved sleeping with just the sound of the ocean.

Bedrooms great. Rental lean. Spectacular views. Stairs to basement not safe. You need a well secured wood railing on BOTH sides. The round metal railing moves and your hands smell bad once you have used. Home not for three women in their seventies. Ok for fit folks.

Exactly what we were after. A beachfront cabin to rest, relax, and enjoy easy beach walks. Bucket list items checked as we got to see whales from the window and beach as well as a fall storm bringing in the crashing waves. Looking forward to returning soon.

Family of 8 had wonderful stay , we all had a great time and really enjoyed the views and location .
Water heater stopped working for a few hours and A-1 was great at getting it working again within a few minutes very prompt!
Only 2 things that would I mention would be if you have smaller kiddos that still need or like to take baths there are no bathtubs only shower stalls.
2nd is the stairs down to the beach are very steep which could pose a problem if anyone in your group has mobility issues.
We would stay here again!

The location is amazing. Right on beach. The house is very old and worn down. Door knobs are broken. House is in poor condition and kitchen is tiny.

We had a wonderful stay here, the space was perfect for our extended family. Right on the beach with huge windows in the living room overlooking the ocean, and easy access to the beach down some stairs. The steps are a bit steep, our party ranged in ages from 10-40’s, and we didn’t have any problems, but anyone with mobility issues may have difficulty getting up and down, but the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Communication with A1 Beach Rentals was excellent, I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Wow what a gorgeous comfortable relaxing home! Everything exceeded our expectations!! The short few steps to the amazing beach was heavenly. The view was amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds were so soft and comfy! Loved that there were 2 couches on first and second level with big tv. We had a beautiful experience with our family and childrens . Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We also appreciate how quickly you got back to us for a few questions. Thank you!! 5 STARS!!

This was a chance of a life time as we have some seniors in our circle of friends. We all totally enjoyed this rental. The bedrooms are all downstairs with one bathroom up & one downstairs. The bathroom situation was not a problem for our 8 friends. There are mirrors in the bedrooms that help. The view is spectacular!! We could not get the sound to work on the TV, but placed a call to James and the problem was fixed with a new TV. The whole experience was wonderful. Thank you James for all your help! We really appreciated it.

It was the perfect stay for my family. Having beach access, plenty of walking beach and rocks to explore were wonderful. The house fit our needs with plenty of bedrooms for 4 generations of adults and one 4 year old. Loved all the windows to watch the waves and people. Kitchen met all our needs.
Only concern we had was the sliding door was very hard to open and close (track is bad). The other access door downstairs had a bad handle and could not be used.
Other than that we enjoyed everything about the home and locations.

There were many things we loved about this property: view, beach access, hot tub, and living areas. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the showers (especially the downstairs bathroom). The mildew there was excessive and quite disgusting. We also had one guest who had to do some online work and the wi-fi signal was not sufficient. We have a few suggestions: squeegee (for window condensation), garbage disposal, recycling bin, food containers (with lids) for leftovers. We had a question about the pilot light on one of the fireplaces and the maintenance gentleman was there very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. If the shower had been cleaner, we would have given a solid 4-5 star review.

Our group had 7 seniors over 76 of age. Everything was great except for the number of stairs we had to climb to get to the bedrooms and different levels of stairs getting into the house. We Would Not recommend for handicap clients. We made it work but 2-3 had to sleep on the couches at different times as they could not make it up and down the stairs. It's has a great views, for people and dog watching, plus the Ocean. I would recommend and would rent again if it was handicap upgraded. The owner replaced the DVD player within 15 minutes of us calling him. The house was shiny clean. The shuttle from the Casino was available. We had seven days of unbelievable 5 star weather.AND a great time.

We had a great time at this lovely ocean front home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was super clean. The two fireplaces made it extra cozy because it was cold and stormy. We did manage to get in a hike to Drift Creek Falls, which was magical! The back door downstairs was unlocked, so that needs to be addressed and checked.

I like the structure of the entrance. make you feel safe, but the hot tub there does not fit. If I may, the hot tub should be on the deck where the ocean view is. A clean house with beautiful views. well equipped kitchen and can find anything there. We had great time in that spacious living room. Kitchen is beautiful with views and bright. We can walk straight down to the beach from the house. comfortable cute bedroom lining in lower level makes the house cozy if someone spend longer time in bedroom.
