Pros: Excellent location. Very Clean. Responsive owners.
Cons: Neighbors seem angry at VRBO located next door. They parked their truck right on the edge of the property's drive way with a sign on it that read parking for street residents only. (No city or official signs to back this up.) Kitchen essentials, pots, pans, dishes, storage items need refreshing.

The house was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to provide some instructions on using the tvs. We ultimately figured it out but it took quite a bit of trial and error. We’re already talking about another trip to Charlotte and we hope to stay in this house again.

This was one of the few properties I’ve visited that exceeded expectations. Amazing location close to downtown. Comfortable beds and well appointed furniture. I highly recommend.

My friends and I came to Charlotte to celebrate a wedding. Our hosts were super communicative and let us know as soon as our booking was ready (as we'd requested an early check in). We were no more than 10 minutes to anywhere we needed to be for wedding festivities.
There was enough space for us 6 adults to spend the weekend without being on top of each other and the home was beautiful!
The ONLY complaints (out of their control) are 1. The lights outside 2 of the bedroom windows were motion censored. Because it was super windy, they flashed on and off a lot during the night. 2. The train ran through during both of our nights there and woke up a couple of the girls.
Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place for the Georgia Clemson Game! Very clean, cute and comfortable home in an awesome neighborhood close to the Bank of America Stadium! My family of 4 loved the home and the neighborhood!!! Made for a perfect football weekend especially with a UGA win! Definitely a perfect spot in Queen City!

Awesome place for the Georgia Clemson Game! Very clean, cute and comfortable home in an awesome neighborhood close to the Bank of America Stadium! My family of 4 loved the home and the neighborhood!!! Made for a perfect football weekend especially with a UGA win! Definitely a perfect spot in Queen City!

This was a nice clean place very close to the city and comfortable for 4 people. However, we were planning on cooking one of the days but ended up eating out because the pots they have are old non-stick pans that were all scratched and peeling. We did not feel comfortable cooking in them. I think stainless steel pans would be much better. Also, we noticed that when filling up water bottles from the water dispenser on the fridge, it leaked on the bottom leaving a puddle of water we had to clean up. Other than that I thought the place was fine.

We could not have asked for a more pleasant place in Charlotte. The home was just that a home and not a house. We had everything that made us comfortable. Loved the outside terrace area for unwinding in the evening and our hosts were friendly and responsive.

We had a great stay here. House location was great for walking downtown. Neighborhood was good. We enjoyed the patio at night. House layout was nice. We will definitely look this one up again next time we travel to Charlotte.

Great location on the edge of downtown. We had a small hiccup with getting into the rental, but it was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.
The house is in a cute neighborhood and close to downtown. We had a pleasant walk through the 4th ward which is not too far away. House is very clean and comfortable.

This home made travel for work fun!
I travel for work a lot and I hate hotels. This home was in the perfect location in Charlotte tucked in a beautiful relaxed neighborhood. It is very quiet and I was able to bring my dog, cook my own meals, and sleep in a little :). This home has comfortable beds with well-stocked linens. The kitchen also has everything you need to make a great meal and eat outside while watching the fireflies and sipping a glass of wine.

Great house, Questionable neighborhood
The house was great, three couples stayed for 2 nights to attend a Panthers game. The owner was helpful when needed and the house is close walking distance to uptown. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because on the last night we were there my friend had his truck broken into and they stole his computer and some other valuables.

Comfortable home in a nice nieghborhood
Our family enjoyed our stay at the home in Biddlleville. The home is very comfortable with everything needed for a get away. The neighborhood is very quite and walk able. The home is close to downtown and everything it has to offer. The owners were very helpful when there was a slight problem.

Great location with quick 5 minute drive to downtown
We came down for two nights with another couple from Raleigh. Ubered everywhere downtown, and only had an 8 minute ride or so to almost every brewery/restaurant we went to. Ben left clear instructions for check in/ check out, and we had zero issues finding the place. The only downside was the train tracks are not far away and can be fairly loud during the middle of the night, but that's nothing Ben can control. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this location to other travelers. Oh and the view of the city from the porch is phenomenal. This was the perfect location for any weekend getaway.

Outstanding home a stone's throw from the city
We often stay downtown and we visit Charlotte. This time we came up for the Cavaliers and hornets game and decided to try something different. This home is just a $5.50 Uber ride away from the stadium or Tryon St. There were 6 of us in 3 bedrooms and the house was very accommodating for all of us. If you want a quiet getaway would still want to be right by the city then this is your place. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect home close to downtown
We had a short visit in Charlotte to help our son relocate. The home was lovely. It was clean, comfortable, and the deck with the bbq was a nice place to relax and enjoy dinner. The house is located in a nice neighborhood not far from downtown.

Excellent Location and Charming Cottage
My family of four stayed at the cottage for a week so that my daughter could attend a camp in Charlotte. The home/cottage is centrally located in Charlotte and within close proximity to downtown (less than five minutes), airport and shopping. The house was exactly as described (one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs) and Ben responded quickly to any of our inquiries. It is a charming house, that has been renovated and is wonderfully decorated. Highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Charlotte.
