I loved that there were plenty of towels, extra bedding, tons of books and dvds (although we couldn't get tv to switch over to play dvds), and several boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, and even a life jacket!

This condo was fantastic -the location, the amenities, the included games and movies, everything. It was the perfect place for a quick getaway. If we ever come back to Gulf Shores, we'll definitely rebook here.

It was our first time visiting Gulf Shores. We truly enjoyed our stay as well as the environment and the friendliness of the people we met. We take a trip once a year to unplug and rejuvenate and we were certainly able to do that this trip. The Condo was beautifully decorated and appeared just like the ad noted. The beds were very comfortable and the Condo was supplied with all we needed to cook a meal. We’re already talking about returning to visit again. It was great!!

It was the perfect size for my family and I. Perfect location right on the beach with a private pool which was never too crowded. The owner Dorothy was very good with communication about checking in and if there was any problems. It was a great time. I would definitely recommend and will hopefully be renting it again.

Very nice condo. Plenty of space with everything you need for a great beach vacation. Building is right on beach. Only 30 units in building. The beach always had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was on the beach side and was nice. Parking is under the building providing shade to keep your vehicle cooler. The owner was very nice and even made the condo available to us earlier than normal check in. I highly recommend this condo!

The location was great! The place was quiet, but it was not clean AT ALL. When I spoke with the owner about it, I was not even offered compensation for having to go in and clean upon arrival. Will not stay here again.

We had a great time. Condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the location, beach and pool. I was very impressed with the amount of beach items the host allowed guests to use. She had beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards etc. Very thoughtful and convenient.

The property was just as described and in photos. The private access to get to the beach allows for easy access to the beach. Although there is public access next to the property, we never had issues with overcrowding or problems at the beach. You can avoid some traffic by taking a cutoff by The Oyster House, which drops you right at the light to turn into the property. Perfect getaway location!

The condo was perfect, very clean and everything you need for the beach. The beds were really comfortable. We were close enough to walk to the souvenir shops and the hangout. When we did drive everything was 15 minutes or less. Very convenient. Easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I spent a week in this condo and loved it! The only thing I was disappointed in was the mattress. Not firm enough. But there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit which was very nice! Covered parking is wonderful! No long waits for the elevator. Great view of the ocean from the balcony, even though it is a side view. The balcony is very large and has a table and plenty of chairs. Buena Vista is close to the center of Gulf Shores and there are lots of restaurants nearby. I had stayed in this same unit several years ago and knew I would love it!

Our first owned family vacation was taken at Dorothy's property, it was a great first experience. Very close within eating, shops, play for kids. Very well taken care of. Cleaned and stucked with things for your stay. Very highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

This was a getaway for my husband and me. We had plenty of room in this beautifully decorated condo. Perfect views and great location. Definitely a place we will return to. The only suggestion is maybe some rubber mats in the tubs. Other than that, perfect!

The condo has everything you need in a quiet convenient location on the beach. Super easy check in/out! Only downside is parking…if you have a large SUV or truck parking will be a challenge.

We had a great stay and this may have been one of the best rental properties we have stayed at. The place was very modern and the description was accurate. The owner notified me before our dates that the elevator wasn't working and did offer to refund the stay if this was an issue, this early notification was appreciated. Being on the 6th floor if the elevator isn't working and you have mobility struggles, I would take that into account. There was also LOTS of beach supplies that we enjoyed having available for use. Look forward to staying again if we return to Gulf Shores!

The condo location cannot be beat. Amazing views from 90% of the condo itself. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom have the most gorgeous views of the ocean (which is a two min direct walk). There is a very nice boardwalk path to the beach, a nice wash off station to get all the sand off of you, and a closet filled with beach chairs and beach toys. This is our favorite place and we will definitely be back, ASAP!

We have been going to Gulf Shores for years and have stayed in lots of different complexes. Dorothy’s condo is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need when you are away from home. She is easy to reach if you need something during your stay. She texts us when the condo is ready and allows to check in early-this year we got to check in 3 hours early! We are already planning our 2023 trip!

Perfect beachside condo!
We had the best family vacation at Dorothy’s condo. This was our first big trip with our 5 month old son and we couldn’t have asked for more. The condo’s location was wonderful and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. This may very well be our new summer vacation spot!
