Struttura centralissima, ben organizzata, pulita, fornita addirittura di ferro da stiro, assolutamente da prendere in considerazione!!!!

Nulla, tutto benissimo

C'erano tutti gli occorrenti per preparare la colazione. La posizione non è eccezionale. L'ascensore nelle vicinanze ha aiutato, ma non era consigliato dalla struttura.

Manca il bidè ma il bagno è piccolo e non c'entra. Doveva essere specificato. Manca una poltroncina o una sedia in camera da letto che c'entrerebbe. La porta d'ingresso in ferro battuto mostra criticità nel chiudersi dall'interno.

Location was central , the host was friendly. Property had everything that was needed for a short stay

The apartment was super noisy from outside , people partying and very loud . Due to location most nights it was very difficult to sleep , this isn’t the fault of hosts of course but just a fact .

Very conveniently situated a short walk to Old Town very cool and comfortable as very hot while we were there. Owners extremely helpful and always responded to a query immediately

Nothing it was as described

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Perugia and has a short walking distance to really nice cafes and restaurants which we loved so much! Also my husband and I were blown away by the top service provided by the management team who assisted us in every aspect of our stay. The communication was excellent from pre arrival to the apartment till our departure. We would definetly be coming back and recommending this place to our family abd friends.

The property was smack bang in the middle of the centre. All the major piazzas were a stone’s throw away, mini metro round the corner, excellent bfast every morning in nearby Bistrot and best pizza in the very close restaurant Verace, among other restaurants, all nearby. Hosts were very helpful and answered all questions within the minute. Place spotless and well thought out in decor and furnishings. Heating perfect. TV with Netflix channels and comfortable bed and amazing shower.

Given the location there might be noise in the case of any musical event nearby. Understandable once the property is so central. We had a noisy music event on a Friday going on till 3am but Sat and Sun went without a glitch. Again not everyone may be affected by this. Moreover the entrance to the property ( NOT the apartment but the common entrance ) needs care. ( by this I don’t mean it’s dirty but needs some TLC ) However this has nothing to do with the apartment which is comfortable and spotless in itself and very well maintained.

Fantastic location inside the old city. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and well equipped. Communication with the management team was excellent.

On Friday and Saturday night there was considerable noise by people in good spirits.
