Unser Haus weg vom Haus mit Meerblick Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Phase-Komplex in Las Mañanitas entfernt. Uns wurde gesagt, es ist eines der begehrtesten Einheiten, weil es im Erdgeschoss bequem am Strand, Pool und Grillplatz. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ist komplett ausgestattet mit mexikanischem Flair eingerichtet. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein King Size Bett, Dusche, Badewanne, Safe und TV; das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei großen Betten, Dusche und TV. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-3D-TV neue, zusammen mit Stereo-Surround-Sound und Dish Network. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Geräten, Waschmaschine und Trockner, und einem extra großen Wasser-Heizung. Jede der drei Phasen verfügt über ein Schwimmbad, Jacuzzi und Grillplatz. Der Outdoor-Kochbereich hat Tische und Stühle zum Essen im Freien; entweder im Außenbereich speisen neben dem Pool und das Meer, oder genießen Sie das Essen auf der Veranda, so oder so werden Sie einen schönen Blick auf das Meer haben. Entspannen Sie auf der Veranda mit Ihren Kaffee, während die Sonne aufgeht, oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Strand, während die Sonne untergeht. Condo 101 ist der Ort zu sein!

The apartment is a beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment. The living room and kitchen is in the center of the bedrooms with a beautiful patio spanning the entire length of the condo you walk off the patio steps from the pool and the beach. It is in an ideal location since the building is one that is the closest to the beach. That’s important since there are many buildings behind it and you do not have a very good beach view or access to the beach if you were to choose one of those buildings. Also, the complex seems to be primarily owners who don’t rent a great deal, so there are not a lot of people there. We only saw a few couples in the pool the week we were there and met two very lovely couples. It was so peaceful and quiet, I took up birdwatching. Highly recommend this gorgeous clean condo. In walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants and an easy Uber ride to the hotel district where they’re even more restaurants.

Amazing location and view. Literally steps from the beach and pool. Very roomy indoor and out. The size and amount of seating on the patio was our favorite. My only recommendation would be to have small beach chairs and umbrella available for sitting on the beach.Would not hesitate to book again!

This was such a beautiful property, right on the beach and poolside. Property staff were always friendly and attentive. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

As advertised #101 is both steps away to the pool and ocean. An easy walk to the huge grocery store for food and beverages and a quick bus ride to San Jose del Cabo. The unit has everything you could possible need including a fully equipped kitchen, spice pantry and a communal borrow then pay it forward,cupboard of both books and heals of liquor. Mama Mias is a great on the beach restaurant just a five minute walk down the beach. The complex has very friendly staff and security and the grounds are immaculate. Can’t wait to come back.
