We had a wonderful time at ths house, it was in walking distance of SHARC., which. The kids liked. The house was well stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay there again if it works out

Everything is just as stated in description. We had 7 adults and 7 children age 4-13 and had plenty of space and were able to cook meals without a problem. The large table, washer and dryer were great amenities! The lights on patio umbrella was a nice surprise for playing games in the evening. Communication with Jennifer was fantastic! We all want to go back!

This house is in a great location - just across from the SHARC and a short walk or bike ride to the Village. The trail adjacent to the property was fairly level, making bike riding for small children easier. There were plenty of bikes and helmets at the house as well, although no small bikes so we rented one from the bike store. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, eating area, and family room were spacious and provided a great area for entertaining and gathering multiple families together. There was an additional dining room that we used for working on a puzzle. Outdoors there was a nice sized patio with a patio table and chairs and a nice hot tub. We had other family members staying at other homes in Sunriver and our home served as a gathering area due to it's size and layout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans/etc. Upstairs were four bedrooms with two of them connected by a bathroom which was ideal for our son and his wife with their 1 year old and 5 year old in the bunk room and them in the queen bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms had private bathrooms with the master suite being especially spacious with a large deluxe bathroom. The only drawback to the master suite was that there was no place to hang clothes, although there was a large dresser for folder items. We used the basement bedroom as well and while there is no downstairs bathroom, there is a full bath just at the top of the stairs. The basement held a ping pong table, foosball table, and pool table which were enjoyed by our family. Jennifer, the owner, was responsive and helpful with questions in advance and during our stay. Overall, this is a home we will consider for future visits and served our needs well.

We were a family of 10 adults, 4 kids 7-9y/o and a one year old. The house held everyone comfortably. It is directly across from The Sharc., and bike trails accessed from a pathway in the backyard. The basement playroom was great and the kids splashed in the hottub after hours. The kitchen was well stocked with every pot, pan and utensil we would need. Plenty of towels and the Sharc passes were a bonus. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would highly recommend this rental!!!

As always we had a great time in SR. The location of this home allowed us to take full advantage of the SHARC during warm July afternoons and served as a launching point for evening ice cream runs to the village. The home had everything we needed to make the majority of meals ‘at home’. We used the house bikes and enjoyed the spa when the sun finally went down. I appreciated the owners simple instructions and low touch during our stay. I hope to stay here again.

We have stayed in many rentals and this one was ideal in all the ways! Like others have said, the location is wonderful and the spaciousness of the house accommodates large groups easily. We used this as our main base for biking, walks, the Sharc and more fun adventures. We cooked a lot and the house was well supplied with everything we needed. Thank you so much for helping us create a memorable vacation.

We had family coming from Montana and Seattle to celebrate a special birthday. Unfortunately, we had a wet weekend, but this house proved to be the perfect place to stay. We had ample room to spread out, and the lower level with all of the activities was perfect! The kitchen is well equipped, and the location to Sharc was wonderful. We took bike rides every day, followed by a hot tub soak. What a fantastic, long weekend. We'll be back!

We had family traveling into Sun River from all over the US with none of us having been there before. Some folks wanted to ski, some wanted to bike, some wanted walks, others wanted playgrounds and icecream. This places was well suited to meet everyone's needs! The access to the SHARC was great, though we did not use many of the facilities as our little ones were just a bit too little. That said, the greenspace/park next to the SHARC was great and the ~15 min walk (4 min drive) to the town center provided great access to more amenities. The house itself is very well suited to meet all of our needs. Patio, sauna, cooking, evening chats, night-time-ping-pong tournaments were all highlights.

Home was clean and beautiful. The house was laid out perfectly for a large family. The basement area offered fun for the kids and for adults where we did karaoke, played pool, ping-pong and played games. It was also quite upstairs while the kids played downstairs. The house is equipped with spices and kitchen utensils that felt like a home away from home. The house is located next to the SHARC and walking/biking distance from the village. Highly recommend this house I would love to return again.

Interaction with owner was exceptional; there was immediate response to two separate problems which were solved by a handyman. Given the fact it’s nearing the end of a season of heavy use, and cleaning staff may be difficult to get right now, the house could have been much cleaner. No complaint with bathrooms, which were all nice and clean. Overall, this is a beautiful home that would rate a stellar review if it had been clean.

This house had everything, pool table, ping pong, fooseball, wonderful sleeping accommodations for five adults and four teenagers. Lots of biking/walking trails just steps from the house, and the house is located near the Sharc pool. Now, about that kitchen. It had everything you’d expect and much, much more! Our group of nine loved our stay.

We loved our stay. It was so nice having so much to do at the home as well as how close it is to SHARC and shopping. We had a wonderful time and made a lot of great memories.

The house is perfectly located literally across the street from the SHARC, Amphitheater, Parks, Playgrounds, and biking/walking paths that connect to the endless miles of trails. After 19 months of not being able to see family we had family from SF and Seattle drive to all meetup in Sunriver and this house gave all 12 of us with kids enough room, laughter, fun and relaxation. The game room was fun for the kids and the hot tub was great to chill out in the evenings. Good times and very memorable trip that started with a great place to stay. Thanks Jennifer!

This property is everything you read about & see in the pictures & more! Our group (8 adults and 4 children) was very comfortable here. Lots of room & yet private space for anyone wanting it. And the location can't be beat: We walked across the street to SHARC twice, walked to the Village for coffee & shopping, and made good use of the bike paths. (If you can, I would recommend bringing your own kid's bikes as there is currently only one which the listing was clear about. We brought our own and it worked out just fine.) Everyone in our family wants to go back next year and we plan to! Highly recommend!

Our extended family thorough enjoyed our stay in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone to join together; the downstairs play room was a hit with the kiddos. The kitchen and BBQ were great. The home is close to the village & SHARC and most did not mind the proximity to Beaver Dr. We would definitely stay here again.

Newer home across from the sharc center. 1 mile walk to the village. Home was in good condition and maintained. Game room is in the basement. Our 7 teenagers had a great time with out us hearing all the noise. :)

This house has ALL of the things! Plenty of sleeping space for our large family. Hot tub, pool table, ping pong and foozball! And it's located very close to the Sunriver Village. Bikes for the whole family. Across the street from the SHARC pool! We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home. Comfortable furniture, spacious area for the whole family. Close to the village. We were surprised to find that there was no television service, only internet streaming. The television In the living area worked great but the one in the game room didn’t work at all. Overall we had a great time.

It's a beautiful home with plenty of space for our family & extended family. The game room was a big hit as well. Even though it rained on/off we never tired of just hanging in the home.

This house was beautiful and in a great location. It was in easy walking distance to the Sharc Water Park and to the village. The games in the basement were enjoyed by our whole family especially the Foos Ball and Ping Pong games. I would highly recommend this house for future vacationers.

We had our kids and grandkids join us this summer. For our group of 15 this house was ideally located near the pool. The kids could quickly go and swim for an hour or two before we set off for rafting or rock climbing. The hot tub and the game room were also some highly appreciated amenities for all of us. The children were busy and the parents enjoyed some leisure time. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. We all highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this brand new home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was completely equipped to cook a big meal (usually not the case in vacation rentals), and we filled the large table with happy people and great food. The layout of the house is great for a large crowd, plenty of room to congregate together or have some quiet time apart, and the basement game room was also a big hit. The location is fantastic, an easy walk into the Village area. Would definitely stay here again.

You won't be disappointed renting this place. Everything is top end and the location is excellent. We had a wonderful experience all around. Book while available.

This property was as-advertised. It is a new home built in 2016. It has a great floor plan and is an ideal Sunriver location. It's across the street from the SHARC and a short bike to the village. Jennifer was great at communication leading up to our stay and answered all our questions. The house is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate a large group. Would definitely book again for our next trip to Sunriver.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a better spot to settle into Sunriver than here. Our two families had room to spare in this gorgeous new home at one of the most convenient locations in Sunriver. Right across from the SHARC and on the bike trail, nothing is far away. And with a few different bikes in the garage, it's easy to head out, including a couple of minutes to the village area. The kids loved the ping pong and pool tables, along with the huge basement with their own TV. The main floor living space is open and comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen and excellent communal table with room for everyone. The back patio is fully exposed to the house behind it, so don't expect absolute privacy there. But the outstanding hot tub is nicely shielded for 100% privacy when being used. It's also nice having 4 bedrooms upstairs away from the living space, along with a den that has a sofa bed and the downstairs bedroom as well. Plenty of room for two families! This house doesn't have a/c but most of the time in Sunriver, that shouldn't be an issue with the cool nights that are typical and the nice big windows that can be opened. Thanks for making your house available to us for a memorable 4th of July weekend! As a tip to guests, be sure to head up to nearby Paulina and enjoy a day there. We suggest Paulina Falls, hiking into the hot springs on the shore of Lake Paulina, and doing the Obsidian Lava Flow walk. Makes a perfect trifecta on a nice day.

This is a great and brand new home located just across the street from the SHARC. My kids, wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed the 1 min walk to the SHARC and 5 min walk to the mall area. Great amenities provided in the home for many varying interests. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with... Will definitely be making this home a yearly vacation destination.
