The kitchen had all the dishes and everything needed to cook, the room was very clean and the shower was great

The room was quite small compared to what it seems in the pics, the toilet sink was very small and there were no hangers for toilet towels

very close to a small shopping center including two large supermarkets and also within 7 minutes from the old city center. Lots of restaurants and cafes within a 5 minutes walking radius

The amenities/facilities as described are far from accurate: -no walk in closet -no satellite tv channels -no netflix (due to the fact that the number of users exceeded the maximum allowed) -no washer (apparently out of order, I was offered to use washer in another building)) -no dryer (also) -not sound proof (it was extremely noisy, caused by other guests in the building and by outside noise). The staff was very friendly and tried to make up for the flaws/shortcomings, but it would have been better if the description would better reflect reality.

Location is extraordinary. The place is great to feel you live within Delft historic center. If that is what you want, this is the place to go.

Thare are two things that could be improved. Ventilation is not as good as it should be. I know air conditioning could be used, but it is not the same as ventilation. The place might feel as a cave sometimes, depending on the conditions outside. Sorry to say, but the one thing I liked the least is the promise of a better price if I give the apartment a 10 on this platform. Sorry, but that does not seem honest to me.

It was very small and the walls needed to be painted. It was hard to get in and out of bed. There were no comfortable chairs. Many of the things that were in the description did not exist (most importantly the washer which we had planned to use to clean our clothes halfway through our trip). Simple things were not provided (like a sponge to wash dishes and a bath mat for when you step out of the shower).

Location is great for exploring Delft and the Rotterdam region. The apartment staff are around to help.

Very thin walls. You can hear your neighbours through no fault of their own. The interior is very nice but there were a few things which need fixing. One of the blinds were broken. The toilet brush handle came off in my hand. There is only one bathrobe/towel hanger. The others have fallen off. Minor complaints about a nice apartment.
